For anyone playing Bedrock Edition, you'll need to be careful with any of the hopper minecart builds. There's a bug in Bedrock where hopper minecarts will pull from other carts that are above and to the south or east. Build your smelter facing south or east, and keep the tracks separated by at least one horizontal block when the carts aren't on the hoppers, and you should be able to make these builds work

I agree. I was confused when I saw there were only like 100 likes, while some TH-camrs of the same caliber are getting over 1k likes in the same amount of time!
Dang it. I just checked and I swear the number of likes cut in half☹️
theese things have 1 big flaw witch no1 seems to notice bc they dont use it enough. the problem is if the rail is too long and there is no delay at the start ( where your minecart gets replenished) means your minecart will run out of items before he finishes the run, and you might say : well you wait and fill that up then you run it but the same thing happens over time. if there is a delay however you cant use bamboo or anything that has a low firepower for the same rezon . the rail need to be short and it need the have a small delay at the replenish point. i tryd to design 1 supersmelter by my own and i do have a design that works pretty well but its too big for my linkin so i got on youtube to see better ideas. none yet. tango design seems to be the real shit but its so complicated

Sbeev has one. Think he gives block by block guides on each of the components and then it's up to you to expand it.

One suggestion, replace Bamboo with Dried Kelp Blocks for fuel and it will last much longer.
Bamboo provides fuel for 0.25 items (or 4 bamboo per item). Dried Kelp blocks help smelt 20 items
If tied up to a kelp farm and you smelted up a few stacks worth of dried kelp to make the Dried Kelp Blocks, that fuel will last WAY longer than bamboo.
Yes, it requires an extra step to craft the dried kelp to Dried Kelp Blocks, but in the end it's more efficient and self sustaining for fuel than bamboo (especially if you had the kelp farm powered by bone meal).

For tangos design, how do you power all the central rails without powering all the repeaters on the sides and opening all the gates?

For the third design if I'm gonna add more furnaces do I need to extend the delay so the hopper minecart can pick more items form the input chest before it goes back to fill the furnaces?

I really wanna build the Tango tek one but do you have any idea what what fuel source I should use?
You can use whatever. I would honestly hook it up to a flying machine bamboo farm because they are easy and make a lot of fuel. You would just have leave it running a lot to ensure this smelter stays fueled
Necro, but just build a bonemeal based kelp farm. Yes, manual dried kelp block crafting, but at this point most people use condensers and autocrafters in minecraft.

The most difficult and fun part of mega smelters is - you need automated unlimited source of fuel, and that's basically only bamboo which burns really fast - 4 bamboo per 1 smelted item, which requires really high bandwidth for the fuel input system. Hopper minecarts are good at the end, but disigning the storage system which a) has large volume b) has high bandwidth from receiver (from bamboo farm) to the end chests which supply the hopper minecarts is tricky. The supply system in this video is super weak and totally not suitable for a super smelter.
or you build a 2x2 spruce tree farm and turn it into charcoal to fuel the furnace - or you have a nether fortress farm giving you blaze powder and coal - or you have a kelp farm. There are a lot more fuel sources than bamboo, and for the average player this is good enough (though personally I would prefer ilmango's 23 furnace design, which also won't work well with bamboo incidentally)

you can do any farm there. It will cause lag though because they will always be loaded
