Best vanity video I’ve seen! Just wondering it says the table legs are 27 inches but the drawers are 27 1/2 inches... was this an issue for u? Or are they close enough to the same size?
My 15 year old and me put mine together yesterday. By the time we got to the second drawers, she put the sides, back, top & bottom on and I put the drawers together. It took like 30 minutes the second time.
Did you connect the table top to the drawers in any way or end up just sitting it on top of the drawers? I've gone through TONS of DIY vanities and this is the one I absolutely love! Definitely going to be getting everything

For the table top, I forgot to mention.. the instructions said that I should have been able to screw it into the back but there weren't any holes and I didn't want to drill one in. Instead, I had it sit on top but I put rubber circles between on each corner, and it hasn't budged!
Larissa Santillan for the actual table top and drawers I also used those rubber circles and placed on top too! For the legs, there are circles to line up and screw in. Hope that helps!

I love that you actually showed the excess amount of table top in the back. 😉 I actually just purchased the IKEA Alex draws and counter table top. And forgot to order the Alex add-on unit. Did you get your vanity shipped or purchased at the store before the quarantine? I purchased mines earlier this month and I’m just concerned it might not come. Thanks 😊 in advance for a response
thank you!! I ordered it online and picked it up in store right when the stay at home order was in place. They offered curb side pickup at the location i went to! I didn't want to pay for the extra shipping fees either since I had a large order.
It does just sit on top. It comes with these small rubber circles you can put in between, but it doesn't really slide because of the leg stands in the back!
Hi! It looks like they have a new type of tabletop that’s a little bit smaller than the one I have. Mine is pretty oversized and has a gap in the back so I actually think this would be better! Here’s the link: www.ikea.com/us/en/p/lagkapten-tabletop-white-40460815/
Jasmineknows Best the tabletop has pre-drilled holes at every corner and the legs have screws that come with it! So even if you have one drawer, you can buy extra legs to support the other side! I just liked having two 😊
I bought two for the back for extra support because of the gap. There's a place to screw in the legs on the table top. Screws are included with the legs!
@@monnserratguillenxo No, it doesn't damage it. There are holes for the screws to attach the legs. The tabletop is designed to be able to have four legs support it, but since I have two drawers, it serves as support for the front.

Does the countertop just sit ontop of the Alex drawers? I assume not but just wondering ! ( cause it could slide off!?)
