Woohoo I am on my way to Ikea to pick up my order ! I got two alex 5 drawers and a halestaad top 74 inches and a 9 alex drawer and a few other things to make my desk multi level to be able to fit more stuff !! Can't wait

Ikea has these inserts for cutlery in white, these fits perfect in the Ikea Alex top drawers. I use them and it's so nice, because you haven't these spaces in the back. I mean it's called STÖDJA but I live in Germany so maybe the Name is a different.

I was telling my hubby I know I could make something from ikea, I have a vanity my gram gave me when I as about 20 and it's nice but small and doesn't have storage really so I have needed something bigger and he hates the plastic drawers I've been using. I'm going to make him watch this so he can see it's possible!
What table length did you use? 55" the link didn't work??

This is the exact IKEA build I’m wanting. Does the Alex add-on secure to the Linnmon table top?
When you sit down to do hair/makeup is the mirror to high up? You know because of the alex add-on adds more height. I’m a short person and l want the same layout you have, but when l see it I feel like it might be to high
I am about 5'2 and it fits perfect for me. I also have a side mirror just to get close up though.

Went to IKEA get my vanity out of stock of black n brown lagkapten top and alex draw they had white but going for black brown they will have it in 2 weeks

I think it should be fine without the legs, we just bought them for extra stability

Did ur linnmon table top hang in the back?was there a gap?
mari lopez in the back there is a gap so we added two legs to keep it more stable that you can also get at ikea for a few bucks a piece
