Steve the book is a great read and I’m able to follow along with TH-cam all the events you described. I am a big 70’s rock fan growing up with Yes, The Who, Zeppelin and The Crowes became one of the younger bands to become a favorite of mine in late 89. I would always say how come this band isn’t any bigger the the venues their playing and now I understand. The one great thing about it was I was always able to see one of my favorite bands in the front row wherever they played so I liked that aspect. I wasn’t a fan of the Dead influence and happy to see the brothers are back to the Rocking again but not having Steve with them is bitter sweet. Again great read……
There's a cope of a '92 soundcheck from South Carolina floating around and it's a soundboard. It's just nasty. No band could really touch them back then.
Yeah, bad reasons. No band, at least from that generation, had more amazing songs clipped on the studio floor than these guys. 2-3 more albums for sure and what's funny is 2 of those would be better than anything they released the last 20 years.
The usual Steve Gormam parrots are here I see, he must pay people to troll black crowes videos, God forbid anyone look for unreleased music on their own lol, Steve Gorman rode their coat tails, let's face it he was no John Bohnam, his drumming skills are mediocre, his legacy is is his 'sell all' book now 😉
He played like Mr Rudd Never over played any song Some drummers want to b heard some want to play Try keeping a beat or u end up like bad drummers playin fills He let Chris do the singing Marc n rich m Sven Not mediocre just correct person for the right band The best player in football doesn’t always fit on the best team If u get my fill
A young, hungry band with a weapon in the form of a lead guitarist. At 22 and 24 the brothers would jam forever in this era.
I'm glad I read Steve Gorman's book "Hard To Handle" because I wouldn't have known about great songs like this one if I didn't. Thanks & Cheers!
He was lucky to ride their coat tails as long as he did, let's face it he's no John Bonham or Neil Peart 😉
He may not be Bonzo or Peart but he’s an amazing drummer that was a big part of the band. He’s sorely missed in the current lineup.
@@ZoSoTim I didn’t miss him one bit to be honest
@@JoshSimpson47A true Crowes fan misses what he brought to the group. Severely underrated.
@@terryrollins1973 Rich, is that you????
How this, Exit and Bewildered were never released boggles the mind. Feathers was a B-Side, too. Dark and heavy gloriousness.
absolutely. Exit, Bewildered, and Feathers are my favorite! Followed by Paint an 8!
@@Aisharockdiva My favorite is This Must Be Over (B-side of By Your Side)
Because they wanted you to find it the way you did. Part of there style
Because Chris & Rich were complete idiots, especially Chris. They left countless songs out of Amorica & it sure showed in the end
@Omar Sincere No thanks
Searched this out after reading Steve's book. He was right. This, Exit, and Bewildered should have been a post-tour EP.
Look at the output from Kingsway into Tall/Amorica. No band was in that kind of a zone in the 1990s.
I have done the same after reading steve’s book ❤

I had tickets for the Crowes this summer. THANKS CORONA !!!!!!!!!!
That wasn't TBC you missed. It was the Robinson Brothers pretending to be TBC.
OmG what a great tune. Can't believe this was never released. Thank you so much for sharing with BC fans.
I know I'm like 5 years late to this particular party, but this is the cleanest version of this I have ever heard. Thank you.

Que tremenda canción , nunca la había escuchado!! Soy fan hace 30 años y me sigo sorprendiendo
Well one year later? Did you listen to everything?
most outtakes are left out for a reason---the Crowes outtakes could just make another kickass album!!!
Absolutely that's the way they roll love it

That riff is sooooo badass.
What a jam!!!!!!!!!!!
Why oh why was this not on Amorica? Along with Exit, Bewildered, Feathers etc etc
Absolutely sensational tune. 😎🎸👍🏻
What a great descent...and a Phoenix rising
The descent into madness.
Meus ouvidos agradecem, que som cara !
Killer tune!
This is so rock n roll for real jam👍
This is great. Thanks for posting. Do you have the rest of the songs they recorded at Daniel Lanois’ studio in New Orleans? If so can you post it?
Beyond Bitchin !!
ALL
or 2!!!
anywhere to get this in lossless format?
This tune is sick....Crowes got the car but the Truckers got the nerve
What?
@@stephencucinotta2387 I think he's trying to say the Drive By Truckers are on the same level as the 1992-1997 Crowes, which is pretty funny.
Definitely on the same level.....the DBT just take a little longer to "get".
Did they ever play this live?
Played 6 times in 1992.

Chris, is that you?
Not quite what Mr. Page said about his drumming. But who's he?
He played like Mr Rudd
Never over played any song
