One of the greatest bands of my time. I've been to 14 shows from NYC to Dallas, TX. I was 15 years old when Shake Your Money Maker was released, totally blown away! It was like the sounds of rock and roll past came to wake us up again and jam!
I believe the band was called "Foamfoot" or something like that... I have a live disc somewhere, a show they did in L.A. My two favorite bands of the 90's - The Black Crowes and Jellyfish
Chris Robinson (Black Crowes) - vocals Marc Ford (Black Crowes) - lead guitar Craig Ross (Lenny Kravitz) - guitars Andy Sturmer(Jellyfish) - drums / backup vocs Jimmy Ashurst (Ju Ju Hounds) - bass Roger Manning (Jellyfish) - keyboards
The band is called sweet pickle salad, and the whole album is excellent. I call it the best album that was never released. It easily attainable on the internet. Maybe it will be officially released one day. But because it was a one time type band, that may be difficult. A live record called foam foot is also in trading circles. It’s a great concert, full of covers. I think it’s the same players on the sweet pickle salad record

I've only seen them 8 or 9 times in Houston exclusively and once in Austin. Really miss Marc, Johnny, Steve and Ed, RIP.
Good Lord! Just when I thought I heard it all from them...
Black crowes and Jellyfish! Holy crabcake Batman! This is quite the combo

Any one have a place to dl the whole sweet pickle salad cd?
This is amazing... Too bad the album, although unofficial, isn't mentioned on wikipedia. Where'd you buy it?
Well, you can't actually buy it anywhere. Just look around for a torrent of it; it's not hard to find.
Who's the unnamed flute prodigy?
Lizzo

So that's how you found it? The torrents must've come from some kind of release, unofficial or official.
