The Fat Superhero line is rather creative and fun, I love the shark his face is adorable. I do wish they would have painted the donuts different colors (frosting), that would have added some pop to a super cool piece. The water looked great just like a cartoon!

Hold up. Who the fuck HATES all cereal?... As a kid "& adult", there's really nothing greater than chilling in bed with a giant bowl of cereal & watching your favorite TV show,lol..
They're supposed to be doughnuts. If you look at the top one at 7:11 it has a frosted top layer. They just skimped on the paint and speckled them instead of painting the tops. The eyes might be decals. I noticed a few companies using them lately even though it's hard to tell.
I have the fat superman, batman and deadpool and i love them. They are fun pieces in my office and i like the fact that they make low edition sizes. The group tells me they are going to make a fat thanos for 2021 and if thats the case its a must have for me. If that fat thanos will be on a throne that would be killer.
While I am not interested in owning them I did find them funny I think they chose that cereal/bagel food for him because those are foods that float which plays into his water based theme and are slightly reminiscent of a life ring which lends a certain comical aspect to the piece

This line of overweight heroes remind me of the X Babies. That was a time where Mojo had de aged the X men. This is a simular type of effect of cuteness only in sculpture. It is very humerus to see overweight superheroes. It is also funny that each one has a specific food. Being that they are not sticking with just one category of heroes gives them unlimited potential on which character to do next. That's is potentially vast.
These things are pretty cool, they certainly add interest to a 'serious' collection/display. One shouldn't get bogged down with matching scales, different scales look great together, far more interesting than everything being the same size. The design of the display just requires a bit more thought when creating It, pair them with other statues of the same character and you have a winner, It's all about the aesthetics! I'm not a huge fan of cereals either but Lucky Charms and Reese's peanut butter corn puffs are awesome, although in England they cost 5 quid a box! Cheers, 8-)

@@stukavonferno8858 I always thought it was the tarrifs being in the EU that made imports in the UK expensive. I think Brexit has opened up opportunities for the UK. We are getting Tesco products imported here into Australia now.

Waitrose, M&S and Sainsburys are best for food. I have a mate in New Zealand that sends me the SRP boxes of Cherry Ripe bars, even though they're made by Cadbury we can't get them in the UK, something stupid to do with importing coconut, if one does see a rogue bar It's usually a couple of quid at least. Superheroes and supermarkets, now that's extreme 8-)

But the base you've mentioned on each of these fatty line statues should indeed match with the concept of these fat statues, if each base were to be a 5 inch like hero sandwich on each fatty statue base to match each of the fatty statues lines together and to be able to connect you can have a long hero sandwich base with the fatties on it which makes sense. Nice review it's different.

It looks great. Isn't crazy that everyone sees Jason Momoa's Aquaman as the comic book version of the character. It really feels like everyone forgot how does he looks in comics.
