In case you didn't know, Foulstone can also be a Colony, giving the weapons you gained from sacking it through completing projects, if you don't take the Heretic option to burn it down or the neutral option to just leave. From what I understand, Heretical options tend to give you a big boost at the outset, with significant consequences in the long run.
Yeah I found out later in the game that Foulstone was a colony but it seems like once you do the event there you are locked out of getting it if you don't pick the right option. For a lot of the planet based options I found that I wasn't really paying enough attention and missed out on some good stuff, including the colony. Gutted about it as I couldn't complete a bunch of colony research projects because they required ones from Foulstone.
@@GHOSTVTS Yeah, it's a shame. I feel like the Heretic route through the game is better left to a second or third playthrough, because of how disruptive the consequences of Heretical choices can be.
