@@aditya_gupta Jio motive stops working after the car has been completely shut down. When car ignition is on , you can track your car, it's health and other data through the jio things app Suppose you turn on time fencing then if the car is turned on then jio motive will send a command to the phone app. Also like in case of a parking monitor the device turns itself on when it feels an impact, in the same way jio motive will turn itself on only when the car has been put in certain angle through its gyroscope and accelererometre ! But in general condition when the car is turned off the jio motive also gets turned off and features can't be used! This is what I have come across!
Installing this device was not easy and definitely required the customer support team help! I just tried to share the same information so that one may not have to deal with the support team and can connect with device anytime
@@zeeyaullah rit has an esim and can even work with your existing jio phone number but i haven't been able to find that option! For first year the connection is free and if we want to use the same connection then we will have to pay 599 yearly
@prakashparadise , Can you also share some information on the recharge plans. Does the 599 yearly subscription include data also for its portable Wi-Fi and how much data is available on this.
To register the Jio Things app, does one need a JIO number only? I get an error message that please use a Jio number? Other than that, great detailing in your video

Does it drain battery when the car stands idle for a week or more?
The battery power it is taking from the car is quiet less and even one month is not enough time to deplete such a big battery.
