And In USA if you criticize big companies you will see what happens, they do sarcasm or memes but do nor criticize.
Just take an example of TH-cam , if you criticise YT with facts & proofs then YT will take it seriously and make your content hidden,
but our indian company does not have power like that,

Technically, it is fine if they outsource some products but only if they are serious about entering a market. The products here look like they weren't expecting them to sell in the first place. Since networking is their domain one would expect the wifi range extender to be at least made by them, but sadly no.

While most of them keep leeching TH-cam, by giving videos where they praise those products, for which they got payment.
While there are some, who care about bringing truth to their audience (you can get examples of each of these, just research some) and sad thing is, the number of honest and candid TH-camrs is much higher in west.

Slight correction brother. The mesh extender is plug and use and can be used with non-jio routers without any extra effort. I am using jio mesh with my Airtel xtream router.

People need to understand that flaw in one thing about a country doesn't mean everything else is just bad. Without China 90% of world electronics would've been way too expensive and some would simply be infeasible to be manufactured. Even USA which also has issues with China uses electronics that are manufactured in China.
Now India is slowly becoming the manufacturing hub, which is a great thing! But it will take time and it should take time to be done perfectly.
Will be interesting to see where India is in 2030 if there is tremendous jump in manufacturing in India.
Surely it will take time. But then why rebrand chinese products with half baked jio software and sell at same price as competition.
This is just creating electronic waste in india since no one is interested to buy then. No wonder they relaunched jiobook because it wasnt selling as they wanted it to.
Competition is also selling chinese products but with their better software and competitive price. This is just to get promotion for make in india campaign and sell useless products.

Instead of spending 2500 for a jio wifi extender, I would recommend buying a normal router like Tenda for 900 and use it as a universal repeater. I am also using a Tenda router to extend the range of our jiofiber, it works great. And if you are using more than 100mbps net then you should buy another router which is capable of sane speed

The problem with Jio is that they try to lock you in the Jio Ecosystem with their every product. Now Apple does the same but atleast Apple products are good. Jio products on the other hand are of very poor quality.

This is a serious concern on why big companies like Jio which are capable enough to conquer the Indian market with made in India products which will give way more productivity in India.
It more about reach and set up, China already have whole setup for making such thing in low price, if they go for made in India they need to make a set up also including legal process which will take 2yr atleast and initial investment
