We usually camp the whole time we ride. But last June we got a hotel room there in Salida because my cousin went down on a curve in the slick gravel and knocked his shoulder out of place and some ribs. We found a good chiropractor the next morning that got him put back together and we headed on down the trail.
Just found your channel! Not crazy about the music without the sound of the bike as well, but that's just a personal preference I guess. I've had my GS for almost two years now and I can't believe that I haven't been up to Colorado on it yet. May have to purchase just the Colorado TAT section from Sam and at least do that this year.........along with the Colorado BDR. Way too pretty not to ride there soon!!! Looking forward to starting this series from the beginning!
twobikesandadrone, Point well taken. I feel the same way with some bloggers. It's all yabba dabba do. Ha. The truth is, we could mic up and include the bike sounds, but a lot of what we say is banal talk on our Cardos. Therefore, I try to create a mix of on-camera talk with voiceovers. The music is filler to allow the viewer to enjoy the scenery. I fully understand that not everyone has the same taste in music. That's why I try to change the genre from episode to episode. Sometimes, it's a #1 hit, and other times, it's put on the B side. Ha. Take care, Mike
@@aegismotoadventures1616 Yep….all that really matters is that YOU like what you produce!! I’ve watched a few of the TAT videos so far and it doesn’t bother me enough to move on to something else, so that’s good!! Just trying to pass on some feedback from a viewer is all.

Michael,
Glad your buddy is doing ok. We've sure had our fair share of tumbles.
Take care, Mike
