I am absolutely and completely astonished by the way Sinner paid Gasquet respect. He could cheer to several beautiful points but he preferred to be silent. Simply wonderful behaviour from a so young guy. Everybody should think about that. So respectful! So humble! Just WOW!!! Hats off...
I watched the whole match, and this video is "Sinner highlights". I'm italian and i like Sinner, but this is not fair, because Gasquet fought a lot, deserving more respect.
I did not watch it and based on the highlights i was like god damn gasquet played insane tennis, and its not like he played any of these points bad just sinner hit every point picture perfect. But i know what you mean the length of vid prob would been too long
I watched the full match and although sinner was the far better player gasquet did definitely have his moments and it would have been nice to see them highlighted more here
Being Italian, you can imagine who I support, but I've always liked Gasquet, elegant, imaginative, splendid one-handed backhand, serious and correct on the court, he was unlucky to find Sinner so early in the draw, he deserved to go further.
Slightly harsh with the highlights, you’d think that Gasquet only won one point all match! Anyway Sinner is a beast. So level headed and pulls the trigger at the perfect times… a clinical performance 💪🏻
Just look at the amount sweat on their face after the match, Sinner looks like he came from the beach sunbathing, while Gasquet just left from under the shower.. 😀
@@sofpsocf I think it is a matter of fitness. Djokovic looks fresh after a game, while Wawrinka is drenched too. Some players rely too much on their technique to chase their opponent, but when they meet someone who chases them, they drown. They maybe able to win a 3 set games, but never 5. So GS Tournaments, they limit themselves by lack of fitness.

Eurosport, you've really got to stop editing these videos so the losing player looks like a total chump. After the first two minutes, we've seen nothing but Sinner winning points, then look at the score and see it's Gasquet leading 3-2. It's fully 7m40s in when you have Gasquet winning a point, an easy smash into an open court with the crow cheering ironically. The commentator even says at the end "Gasquet gave his all but it wasn't enough." Well, that's great but we'd have like to have seen that. Yes, Sinner is great and I'm sure he's 'money' to broadcasters, but this was disrespectful to Gasquet, playing in possibly his final slam at home, and I don't think real tennis fans want to see that. I just hope you don't do the same to Murray at Wimbledon.
Gasquet looks like he just had a allowed "day out" from the elderly center.. so slow to watch running, Sinner was playing with him like a lion with it's prey before the brutal kill.

Il risultato parla chiaro , 6 4 , 6 2 , 6 4 !! Cosa volevi vedere di Guasquet ?
Respect for what? Do you think Sinner should have made him win? Sinner is too superior, the 15 year difference is clearly visible.

Gasquet' s forehand is a mystery of physics, while his backhand is one of most beautiful shot to see in the whole Atp circuit
Gasquet's backhand reminds a lot Henry Leconte's
Didnt watch the full match but I am surprised to see that Sinner won 6-0 6-0 6-0 according to the highlights.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
In reality he did, the final score is just the work of a good hacker
Eurosport we like the match highlights not the winner highlights, after a few points it's really not interesting knowing who would win the point
Respect to Gasquest played with courage but Sinner is very strong .
GRANDEEE
Sinner fantastico orgoglio italiano
37 years old Gasquet showing so beautiful and smart game. Good resistance between young tippers player.
Gasquet played well and made a good match of it. Gorgeous backside.
Stupid really silly, if I wanted a reel of Sinners best hits I would have looked it up. This is not highlights of a match with 2 very good players.

More a tribute to Sinner than Extended highlights
Good Game Gasquet.
Good God Almighty, Sinners play is superhuman 😂
Unplayable. He wasn't even sweat at the end
