Greetings from Eastern Europe! One more of our biggest problems as it comes this topic is the Ne+Fe impose philosophy there's no way for them to not see my efforts. There is and that's what most happens. We can see through peoples facades and see if they are struggling inside, but that doesn't mean that they can see as in the same way so we have to give clues. Also most people turn around only on shining stuff, our work is not a shining stuff, but hard persistent work on building up the inner frame of the structure, the frame that most people take for granted, but without it they cannot achieve anything.

Very affirming points and good suggestions. I think as women get older they become even more invisible. I recall when I was in the corporate world 30 years ago I'd get comments that I was 'too quiet', 'aloof', 'hiding my light under a bushel'. Even now, if I get a compliment I usually deflect it or give someone else credit. Oh well at least now I'm aware of it and can make some changes. Thanks for your videos.
