You have no idea how much glee I had seeing that the finisher was the DM from KH2. We have every iconic, frustrating as fuck move that Xigbar has. Now WE can be the annoying teleporting zoner! Also, I really hope when we get to Master Xehanort that we get to use the X-blade and all of the crazy formchanges he does in the Data fight.

We wanted to change the second formchanges reticule to look like that but the game only allows one generic one for both shooter keyblades so we had to settle for what you see here in order for it to fit both Ansem and Xigbar
@@therecusant honestly im perfectly ok with that. While it may not have the same feel as what was shown in previous titles, you cared enough to make something out of it, regardless of what would be missing. In the end, it's still very cool.
holy hell, combine this with extremis/No name and you got the MOST op set up ever, THIS IS AWESOME. The amount of options Xigbar's weapon gives is downright amazing, just a lot of utility involved too, thats insane!

magic has the custom magic i made and you know from other videos but the animations for it use appropriate double arrowgun and magic launcher stuff. should have shown it in the video probably ... certain spells will still use the character specific animation though.

Really good! only things I would like to change is in critical snipe, I felt like his sniper animation does not fit (like, when he shoot the sniper he pull the gun way too high like it's a cannon, maybe could have use the animation at 10:20 instead?
Will there be forms for Vexen and Demyx, given that they were backups, or are there just not enough assets there to have anything usable? Come to think of it, I don't even believe we ever see Vexen's shield in KH3 at all.
im only doing real org 13 but theres also not enough space as ive almost used up all keyblade slots and the ones i havent used up are already reserved for other members
I am beyond hyped to be able to play this mod. Absolutely phenomenal work, I've seen great playable character mods before but this has blown me away. I'm thinking on waiting till all planned playstyle weapons are released to start, for the full experience. If you're willing and able to say, are Riku and Xion going to be the last big ones? Ngl, when I read "changes based on vicinity" I thought the close range attacks on Critical Snipe was gonna be based on the shotgun style attacks he has in Days.
Love that you brought back the rifle from KH2. Combined with the railgun from BBS and the bow from KH3, -chef's kiss-. I was really hoping you had the arrow rain skill in there too and was not disappointed. I have two suggestions for this form: Reload should fully restore Focus. Perhaps taking longer to reload as an offset, or only giving the max if you're completely out of Focus. Or maybe have a "precision reload" thing where it fully restores with a perfectly-timed prompt? If that's possible? Just, the idea of reloading multiple times in succession when each one is worth about 1 Locus shot (maybe more in Critical Snipe) seems a bit... odd. The other is that the explosive shots on Critical Snipe need more... visual distinctiveness? This one might be more of an ask since I know you already used all of the shot assets in the main combo. Maybe a recolored or scaled-up shot?
I’ve actually been thinking about that full reload myself tbh. It does feel weird having to use it multiple times in succession. The idea of only being able to use it when focus is empty is a great one though! I’ll look into it! As for the explosive rifle shots, they SHOULD have more distinctiveness and I will eventually update the explosion they cause

Once this mod is fully complete, do you think you'l make just the moveset and keyblade changes available? Cause there's this one mod that turns Sora into like a Norted version of him that I really love and using that with this moveset would be amazeballs
That would require me basically remaking every single one of these animations for sora which I don’t have the time or will to do tbh At least right now. Who knows what I’ll do later
I know it'd be a lot of extra work but I'd love to see model/voice swaps for the true org. members when the mod is feature complete. These are more than likely the best movesets for these characters we'll ever get in terms of KH3 modding so it'd be nice to actually get to use them on the appropriate characters for fun
With our current modding knowledge we can’t just do a model swap and call it a day because most members have very different heights and skeletons. These animations were made specifically for YX skeleton. So a model swap would have to be shrunk/enlarged if the other characters height is not the same as YX’s. The only other way would be to remake every single anim for every single org member which I don’t think anyone in this world has got that kind of time 😅

Just tried both Xigbar's and Luxu's weapons and they're both incredibly fun to use! And seeing how this is custom for my comments time for ANOTHER OFF TOPIC QUESTION. For some reason the form gauge names are stuck to their original keyblade names on my end. Like the Sharpshooter's forms still being called Hunny Shooters/Launchers or the Ancient Keyblade still being called Dark Form etc. It's not really the end of the world for me it's just...Idk it just looks cooler?
Hmm which language are you playing ? Cause the names have only been changed for the English language setting. There’s a patch for Japanese but if it’s any other language it will show the original names

Just seems kind of weird when they're pretty much the exact same keyblade and yet one has more moves.

well, since i really dont want to update multiple versions anymore especially since im gonna already have to make an extra steam version id say IF i do that, only at the very end of the mod or at least when the remaining 4 keyblades are replaced
I found a workaround though, If you put more Zs in front of the the longer formchanges file, it seems to override the one in the another road mod, with no adverse effects, will let you know if anythong bad happens from doing so
@@therecusantyou probably might not need to make a steam version as long as nothing huge changes in the file order for that game since FF7R moding didn't change since it was the same game with no changes then performance but gotta wait and see
Xigbar was one of the most easiest bosses but also one of the most difficult bosses as well 😂 All he does is shoot arrows at Sora, Terra, and Aqua Which can easily be blocked and reflected back towards him But the thing that makes it so difficult is all the teleporting and how many arrows are coming at you You have to be on your p’s and q’s and time your blocks correctly, or else he’ll punish you with 20 arrows to the heart
It should mostly ! I’ll definitely have to change around some things concerning elemental encoder though since there’s a different key in the steam version
@@vmkblaster1 no problem ! Just be mindful when installing mods together with big overhauls like this. I changed a lot of stuff so there’s many incompatibilities

my only gripe albeit a somewhat petty one is the tracking shots curve when they home in instead of a straight ricochet like xigbar's do
yeah i couldnt fix that for the life of me 😫 also couldnt make them bounce correctly cause they stopped tracking after the first bounce -.-

i dont know if you noticed but the heartless summoner uses that bosses idle stance and forward run/float (float is formchange only tho)
