Dark Riku is my favorite boss in kingdom hearts history and I love how his moveset just upgrades rather than completely changing as the formchanges escalate. This combined with Xion Form coming in the next update had my hype levels way too high since Xion is my second favorite character in the series.
This was well worth the wait, I appreciate your work, it's fantastic!

Playing as riku was way more fun than sora back in chain of memories, so looking forward to playing this, though I'll be honest, a part of me was kinda hoping the final form would either be keyblade of heart(the red and black one from kh1) or way to dawn,probably my favorite keyblade overall was really sad to see it go in the main game. Edit: also the listing on nexus seems to be down ?

Bro this mod looks amazing considering riku is one of my favorite characters this will make playable kh1 riku so much more fun.
Well this is not compatible with playable kh1 Riku sorry 😅 this only works with the YX mod
Cool stuff as per usual, I think it woulda been really cool if we could have seen some of ReCoM’s moves make it in. Like the attacks Riku uses after winning a card duel. Mostly cause Riku’s attacks in this game feel kinda samey.

True lol I actually forgot to make em bigger. They’re the same size by default. The game just makes em big for that fight .

Duuuude recontextualizing Dark Riku as a Final Fantasy Dark Knight is super clever. I love that. Feels like a nice way to lean intk that "I'm better than you cause I'm not scared of the darkness!" nonsense Repliku was spouting in CoM. I'm surprised you used one of the two form keyblades for him though. Like, I _really_ like how Forces of Evil just goes 200%, but I figured Dark Riku would have been one of the kits that you could toss a single transformation keyblade at no problem.
Also, I'm a bit confused about Dark Mode. I didn't notice any kind of cost to activate or staying in it. Is the idea to just constantly have it active to minimize the effect of the HP Drain abilities?

Makes me wish so bad for PvP. Mines are best for spacing after all, and if that Dark Firaga could be angled so that it missed until the burst boomeranged the attack it would be great for mindgames.

I really want to see a King Mickey moveset. I was sad when mickey wasn't a playable character in Kingdom Hearts 3. I felt the dlc only gave him a small spotlight

It is possible but they would be shrinked down to YX size and it wouldn’t look right
Imagine someone mods in the ability to do all this shit onto the boss version. All the Data Battle in one? Let's just... die.
I do personally like the idea that, while in the future, YX can tap into the powers of the other Xehanorts because he's the one with the most "potential."

the work you have done is c razy. im just wondering which abilities give you i-frames. For example explosion in kh2 had i-frames but in kh3 it doesn't so you are still able to be hit out of it
The locus almost always have I frames aswell as some frames of some of the longer anims
Don't know how compatible young xehanort's model is with sora's model or if this is going to be another terra situation where it's simply impossible to do it without redoing the whole mod
But I hope this time it will be possible to have a skin for sora
@@pralenkaman8105 nope, same situation. Any character that’s not just rigged over sora requires remaking the animations for their own skeleton

Possible yes but it wouldn’t make much sense for Dark Riku to use it

@@joshuana5132 that daul wingplade from KH1 probably makes more sence on ansem than Riku, would love to see it sometime too as part of this mod, or as a standalone one day, i think most, if not all the keyblade slots are filled up
