How do we obtain the NASA decals? I remember that my first time playing through the story I gained access to it once completing the main mission but then starting over immunity, I skip the main story by star born dialogue and I don’t have access to it anymore nor does it show after moddding my game.

It's the NASA mission that the Starborn send you on that gives the NASA cockpit. You miss out on this mission if you skip the main quest if I remember correctly.
