Day 205 What characteristics does car need to make it a good amphibious vehicle?

I give a quick guide of the attributes a car needs for it to be the basis of an amphibious vehicle. This is a starting point and not a comprehensive list. I hope it explains my reasoning when I upload my list of the easiest cars to convert.
