FISHING for Middle Chesapeake Bay RED DRUM! These Fish Are EVERYWHERE!

The shallows are full of red drum right now and were heading out to chase them! Over the past two years, puppy drum have been coming further north in the Bay during the summer and this year we are seeing them north of the Bay Bridge. We have caught plenty on artificial jigs and soft plastics, but the real bread and butter bait is soft crab. The reds just can't resist them! On this trip, I hop on the boat with my dad for a quick session after work. We caught plenty of reds, just not the size we were after. It was still a great day on the water! Can u do rockfish fishing in today i was up near love point and caught 3 rockfish there were biting and there was a lot of boats out
