I'm so glad you liked the box! 🥰 Yes, I made the rugs- I've always loved rag rugs, and I thought they would be appropriate for the rooming house. 😊 I'm glad Saidi and Marguerite are reunited and ready to proceed with the wedding. Her poor father is going to have to get used to not being the number one man in his baby girl's life, though. 😄 I hope Sterling realizes -or at least comes to realize- that Marguerite will never stop loving her Daddy.

I'm good with two human months, as long as I know that Marguerite has come to her senses! Besides, I'm not ready for the wedding. I have to find a hat to match the dress I ordered from the Sears and Roebuck catalog. Living out in the country, we don't have skilled seamstresses and a lovely dress shop! I'll barely have enough time to alter that dress myself, let alone try and make one. Besides, I want a party dress, not one out of homespun!
