I swear your channel is a gift from the universe. I'm last-minute studying for my math final (that's in two days) and your channel is a huge help. Thank you for all your dedication to the material you teach! It's super easy to understand and follow along.
Just want to say you are the best online tutor system out there... for years now I have only been going to your channel. Thank you for all the help and keep it up!!! :)
Love your videos! I think it would be beneficial if you made a separate playlist for each chapter, like one for functions with all videos appearing in order in which they should be studied.
First Quarter of being an eighth grader and my grade is 88 to 92 TYSM I IMPROVED BECAUSE OF YOUU!! 😭💐💖 I'm ready this second quarter to improved again! 🌺
MR. Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for an outstanding video/lecture on Functions in Algebra. Functions are the heart and soul of Mathematics. Functions are very important in Mathematics ,Physics and Engineering Science. An example of a function in real life is a vending machine
Hello, I am going to start learning Functions from 0, from which playlist should I start, please give me advice. The thing we are learning at school now is Liberal math.
The videos are great ! thank you so much, but there is serious problem in the arrangement. Since the videos are NOT numbered, when you have downloaded them as a playlist altogether, they are automatically arranged alphabetically :-) which cause you a very boring job of re-arranging them according to the subject !
I have a final exam tmrw and its like rlly important cz next year im going to highschool, and i gotta thank you for such a great explanation of this hard topic.
for the problem at 7:54 (are f(x) and g(x) inverses of each other. Could we not just figure out the inverse of one of the functions and then compare to the other. for example f(x) = sqrt(3x+1) find inverse = f-1(x) = (1/3)(x^2 -1) which is the same a g(x) therefore they are inverses of each other. Am I thinking about this correct? thanks
your videos are really helpful ...kindly asking if you can make a video about onto and one to one functions : if you have please send me link please !!!
5:29 Why aren’t we further factorising the equation Because I factorised it and got x=4 ,x=3 but you ended on x^2 -7x+12 is there an explanation to that
Man i still cant believe i completed your entire calculus playlist with me and my phone, and some paper...on my own... 200 some videos. i think it use to be larger. Great stuff though. i also did some other playlists and stuff you got.... but idr.
At the end, when talking about domains shouldn't we use [ and ], [3.. or ..3] meaning 3 included and ]3.. or ..3[ meaning 3 excluded. So the answer should be D = ]-inf,-5[U]-5,-3[U]-3,+inf[
I got cinfised with the compositions , where you did (x-5)^2 + 3(x-5)+2 ... When you group those terms the initial x^2 gets factored into the first, and the second?
¶ 27. Function. Definition. When two quantities are so related that to each value of the first there corresponds at least one value of the second, then the second quantity is said to be a function of the first.
the square root of x^2 is = |x|. My professor kept asking me the same question until I got it right in revision xD. He said it is wrong if we just write x as the answer. at 7:53
I have a question. What if you take -15 the other side so that it becomes -2x^2 + 5x - 3 + 15 = 0 then the answer will be -4, 3/2 is that also correct?
Sorry i got lost on the factor part which is number 3 on the inverse(2) as well like what do you mean add 7 on both sides when you just switched them up feel like i got lost somewhere there
at 7:53 you say square root of x(squared) is equal to X itself. But I believe this is not true? Is it not absolute value of X which is different from X ? Thanks :)
For problem 3 wouldn't it be easier to use the quadratic formula because it's much faster and overtime easier to find X? I used that one and found it a lot faster but I thought you were using another method and went a long but it's more confusing personally.

@@joshmaxson1444 if you think he’s the hero, go and see more countless videos
Just wanted to let you know that pretty much solely bc of these videos I just got a 94% on my first calculus exam, the class average was 57%…
Wow that’s impressive. Also, 57??? Dang that’s low
You didn't even say thank you But
Dude what u did a great job. Congrats 👏
@@musru2143 you didnt even make the video
lst time i got a score like that was when i was 5

how'd you do? mine is in 3 days
Last minute is after two days? Mines the next morning and I’m here going thru all my lessons tryna remember when the teacher taught this to us 😋
yeah, it's always been 💕 since 2016
Your voice is like asmr. So soothing, probably listen you for hours.

Love your videos! I think it would be beneficial if you made a separate playlist for each chapter, like one for functions with all videos appearing in order in which they should be studied.
That would be also be great if you can separate cal 1,2,3 into different playlists
I completely agree with you

I gotta thank you so much, thanks to you I'm not failing classes
You're like a hack to calculus class. this was really great. Like you make exam questions look so easy
I recently looked at your videos and they seem to explain everything clearly to me thanks keep up the good work
pls by order with chapter
ur the best i got an A+ in pre-calculus because of ur vids

You gonna beat khan academy
i dont like khan academy tho
Yes and no. It's good for review, but not much all by way of applications, reasons, context, and what does it all mean. Khan does more of that.
His a one man army
I thought he always did
Definitely sometimes I have no clue what khan says , I use khan to find topics then I google this guy to dumb it down for me
The fact that hes is making me understand a year in one video is crazy to me
😂😂
love you so much sir, the method of teaching is very well. Allah blesses you!!

Umm question, is there a reason that almost all of your calculus videos are private?
Nathan Sikowitz because videos playlist ate made by private individuals if you go through videos you will find all videos
Hi!! One of ur fans here, point 2:18 do you need to start from the right left and center in order to expect a result, trinomial = 0
soo after 1 year do u know the answer?
this is what i needed. thank you
your videos are really helpful ...kindly asking if you can make a video about onto and one to one functions : if you have please send me link please !!!
Before, my functions aren’t functioning. With this video, my functions are now functioning.
Sir ur videos r enough to get mains
Please make a video on Beta function.
I'm terrible at math but...thanks to ya mr now i learned how to do math easy peasy
Thanks for your explanation Sir🙏

Why aren’t we further factorising the equation
Because I factorised it and got x=4 ,x=3 but you ended on x^2 -7x+12 is there an explanation to that
Because they asked for the function not the answer itself
Man i still cant believe i completed your entire calculus playlist with me and my phone, and some paper...on my own... 200 some videos. i think it use to be larger. Great stuff though. i also did some other playlists and stuff you got.... but idr.

This is great!
In case of f(x) and g(x) inverse of each other question.
The domain of f(x) is limited
While that of g(x) is not, then how can they be inverse?

you are the best as always
Any Calc 3 videos??
Does this playlists include all of calculus 1,2 and 3??????
the square root of x^2 is = |x|. My professor kept asking me the same question until I got it right in revision xD. He said it is wrong if we just write x as the answer. at 7:53
I had this same thought. It is wrong :)
I have a question. What if you take -15 the other side so that it becomes
-2x^2 + 5x - 3 + 15 = 0 then the answer will be -4, 3/2 is that also correct?
try it on calc it will be the same answer
Dear sir, very nice method and explanation., so thank you very much.
And may you tell me the software's name you are using?
Thanks again.
Thanks :)
at 7:55, isn't radical x^2 equal to the absolute value of x? or I've just mess things up?
Bro you my hero keep it up
For 7:02 couldn't you find the inverse of f(x) and see if it equals g(x) or am i wrong?

Can you please do a video on moments of inertia in calculus..
0:44 so let's just switch x and y.. YOU'RE ALLOWED TO DO THAT??
Please do a video for fourier series
As I am using F.lux blue light filter, the blue line you make is not visible to me.
Why is there raised to -1 in the second equation?
Help with certain sum
can you make a video on hyperbolic functions? :((
Agreed. I was looking for one also.
How did the 3 become 3x in equation f(x)=5x-3-2x*2?( I think is it an error)
Guyyyzz math not undersandoo 😭😭
I really appreciate all of your videos but this one got over my head in the beginning. This one lacked basic basics.
0:30 why did you do 20-9 first instead of 8+20 first? The order of operations is left to right.
The answer is same either way
@@lovers3533 in this case. The correct result from a wrong process is not a good thing.
I would have failed college without your tutoring
Pls do signum function

Thank you king ❤❤❤❤
thank you
Do you have calc III PLAYLIST?
Thank you a alot
Massive impact here😊👌
hi do you have any video on function notation i have a test coming up
I know you're videos are so good , but I can't understand them because my English is not good enough 😢
Please if i may ask how did u cancel the square root
For question ⁵✓7x-3
why is this in the calculus playlist
Because functions are a part of calculus.
I have my exam tomorrow you all wish me luck 😂
No one wished...
Thank u🌼
I'm so confused 😢
Whenever I solved the one that was like if f(4,y) = 48 what is the value of y, I felt like a legend
You’re good at teaching everything but this
@ 00:57 why switching X and Y?
to find an inverse function, simply switch the x and y values
wouldn't it be easier to write the domain of the last question as all real number except -5 & 3
Why didn’t all X’s get flipped to -15? this must be a different way of doing it cuz all other videos I’ve been watching differ
I cannot find how the graph of y=f(x-4)
thanks a lot
Timestamps for personal use: 2:31
so to exercise 3 i did not understand how did you get (-8 and 3) from -24
-8x3=-24 thats why
hello sir , sir how to find width on mid point rule discuss on vedio
Can u solve 4x²+y²-4x+4y+a =0
It's nice
what happened to the sqrt in the second example y = 5sqrt7x-3
when he raised both x and 5sqrt7x-3 to the 5th power it canceled the 5th root shown by the little 5 in front of the sqrt symbol
