    2:35 Drew Henson
3:52 Find ways to dig deep (don't take the easy way out)
3:57 To overcome adversity you have to fail, and to fail you have to put yourself in uncomfortable situations
4:05 If you're always in your comfort zone, you won't fail
4:10 After failing, if you figure out a solution, you gain self-confidence
4:16 With self-confidence, in your next opportunities you'll have a better chance at succeeding
    4:25 Failure teaches you

I love the message to encourage young players to keep grinding to get where they wanna go. Not taking the easy route. However, also keep in mind that some of these college athletes don’t have enough money to buy things such as food and clothes, so sometimes it might be best for a player to transfer to be able to pay for their basic needs effective immediately.

Tom Brady didn't always have money. A lot of people seem to forget he worked his ass off to become the GOAT. So if anyone can speak to hard work and sacrifice, it's him. He became what he is because he worked harder than everybody around him. You can hate it, but it doesn't change the facts

What a load of crap. About 67% of NFL revenues come from TV deals and Tom just signed his own deal for $375 million. The hope is of course to increase viewership so that the NFL can make even more money from TV. As for players making money in college, boo hoo. It is like old doctors saying interns should work insane hours because I had to. Tom didn't make money in college so it pisses him off that the people creating one of the largest streams of revenue for many colleges should actually get paid for their efforts.

I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of
information can be a big hurdle. I've been
making more than $200k passively by just
investing through an advisor, and I don't have
to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my
finances remain secure. So I really don't blame
      people who panic.

Was he born rich? Was he rich in high school? Was he rich in college? Was he rich in his first three years in the NFL? The answers to those questions are NO. How did he become rich now? He worked his ass off. He had to fight through so much adversities and failures to become successful. And by becoming a successful QB, he makes money. During his time with the Patriots and even with Tampa Bay, he priortized winning over making the most dollars. He was always top 10 paid QB in the league despite being the top 1 top 2 QB in the league. Because he focused on winning and being the best football player he can be and not making the most money, he became the GOAT. As a result of this, Fox is now willing to pay him three times as much as the next guy to call games. Troy Aikman couldn't get Fox to pay him half as much despite having over a decade of experience as a broadcasting and working for Fox. Brady is now getting paid to go give speeches in front of widely successful people, the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. How many other athletes get to do what Brady does. All of the money that Brady is making right now born from the fact that he prioritize winning over getting the biggest contract he could get while playing football. Brady focused on perfecting his craft knowing that money will come once he became successful. Most athletes nowaday focus on making the most money without doing the hard work. As a result many of them failed.

I respectfully disagree. He didn't make it in the first round draft pick, very slow runner, he wanted to play for the 49ners but they didn't want him. Also, Tom got lucky because of situations that were out of his control. Regardless, he still went out there and was determined to do his best no matter what.
