    A little knowledge for y'all... The writer Charlie Trujillo wrote in his book, "Chicanos in Vietnam", that during the Vietnam War, the Vietnamese villagers would run up to the Chicano soldiers and point their skin and say "same" "same". We are interconnected.

    Chicano culture is everywhere lol.
    I’ve seen it in Japan first, the Bangkok ..now Vietnam. I think it’s pretty interesting how far it’s reached. I do just hope they understand what being Xicano means, and the power it holds for our community. It’s more than just being a “gangster” but y’all definitely have the look/style down ..hella firme 🤙🏽🔥
    What I will say though is they all look 🤤🥵🥵😍😍

      @@チチョーチャン here in oklahoma the chicano on chicano violence is almost non existent and the culture is reverting back to how it was before the war on drugs era. theres way more car meets cause people arent afraid to hang out anymore, feels sort of like in the late 60s when there was more peace. its a good time to be chicano in oklahoma

      mexicans/indigenous gangs, tribes have existed on this continent since 36BCE before pre spanish times. you can visit and touch carved graffiti left from now non existent mexican gangs that have been dated back to the 1800s in some of these old fortresses in texas. and thats just america. south side is the anglicized term for sureno. surenos in their recognized form as a prison organization have existed since the early 60s, evidence shows street gangs were already refering to themselves as surenos by the late 50s, the term manifested itself in the prison system by the 60s mexican street gangs were adoring themselves with various colors of bandanas before even then, blue just so happened to become common sometime by the mid 60s as mexican gangs started going under the sureno umbrella in the southern california prison system

In the 30s & 40s Zoot- Suiters, Pachucos, Mexicans Started Customizing their Rides Called Bonbas (Bonb) Cars, modifying Suspension Low, nice paint & wheels tires Firmes different from stock, From Los Angeles, and post-WWII era of the 1940s, Zoot-suiters Pachucos,custom bomb, as time went on Kept on getting popular. In any case, lowriders cropped up in these States,Cities areas during the post-WWII era of the 1940s and 50s.
