I agree with you! I also like some lift in the hair. Not crazy about the shaved hair around the sides and the back but love the top. Guess I’m partial to when Sharalee had more hair all around.

I cut my own hair and found that purchasing what is called a barbers mirror really helped with not only the cutting but also the styling. It is a foldable, 3 panel mirror that will fit over an existing mirror frame and allow you to see the sides and back of your hair. Really easy to use and makes a big difference when you want to work on your hair and see what you are doing. love your videos !

I still have an old-school medicine cabinet in my bathroom that has three mirrored doors. I just open the two side doors when buzzing my undercut. The trimming over the ears gets tricky, lol.

beautiful. Mine is growing out and I was just trying to figure out how to 'lift' it without cutting it. My biggest problem is getting in too much of a hurry, AND not using the right products when blowdrying. It ends up flat. I gotta keep watching... and reminding myself to take my time!!!

I love it my friend!! The curls are a great way to change the hairstyle up. Those curling irons are dangerous, my husband used to threaten to confiscate mine because I was always burning my forehead or my ears lol 😂 It’s hard for us 80s girls to get out from the puffy and polished look, but you’re doing a great job reminding us to stay current!! ❤❤

I use a flatbiron or a wand on my pixie cut. I rotate the directions of the curls on my top. I curl one forward, one back with the front going back. I even leave some of my front with some straight pieces. It turns out so cute.

I wear my fine hair short as yours. I learned to blow dry my hair and what products to buy watching you. I even had to buy a hair dryer cause I just let it air dry.

Just got my first pixie in 42 years. No products back then worked on my fine straight and porous hair. Used to apply the Iron and spray 3 times a day with little effect.
But your suggested products have changed all that on my now thinner grey hair. One application for 4 straight days. Wow!
The curling iron is a great tool at half the heat.
My money is going toward your innumerable suggested make up, lipstick and brushes one category at a time.

This was the first time I had ever seen your I don't need I don't I'm sorry I'm new to this I don't know what to call it you're seeing and I just love the way you did your hair and I'm going to have to go out and buy a new curling iron because mine is still metal and it seemed that with the ceramic curling iron it curled more sufficiently and more quickly so I'll have to give that a try thank you so much and thank you so much for teaching me how to do my hair from the very beginning of when it's wet to the very end that was greatly appreciated thank you

Yes, I think it will work great for finer hair too. Just be sure to turn down the heat😘
I have short hair like you but I only style it if I'm stepping out (thank goodness for hats and working from home) but it puts me off because it just goes bouffy as soon as I leave the house. But I cant waig to try this out 🥰😍. And I love your low key make up too, such a really nice overall look 🥰
