- Welcome to the Mount And Blade 2 Bannerlord World Conquest Speed Run! We will be conquering the world with the help of Frederick the Great. My goal with this series is to give you very high level updates, avoid ALL of the tedious, grindy aspects of Bannerlord and really focus on those few decisions that will either MAKE or BREAK a quick conquest of the entirety of Calradia.
My hopes are to have each episode consist of 1 year of gameplay, but I think that may be difficult as the game progresses since late game battles can soak up a lot of time. Time will tell, but I can promise you this: each episode will be packed full of great info, tons of action and a completed world conquest!

**Sorry for the sound at the end of the video - I used a copyright free song there but the owner decided to file a copyright claim so I had TH-cam replace that section with their own copyright free music to avoid the video being deleted. Sorry for the background noise, I tried to redo the sound so many times, but my African Grey was not cooperating lol. This was a huge challenge for me to put together, so please give lots of feedback as I know there are a TON of places to improve here.
Curious, why you going for the bow? Any reason for it?
@@Jasper-di6di So I wanted a ranged weapon for sieges mostly, but also for early looter farming. If I had to pick, I'm much more experienced with the bow than the crossbow so that's what I ended up with. Crossbow can be just as good though. Throwing is great too, but not for taking out 30+ enemies per siege.

you can also set up a template for what your tags, # s, descriptions and all the metadata will look like! this way tou dont forget to add your discord + potential other socials :)
and then you just wrtite the video description in ADDITION to what you have set up already! (this SEEMS to help the algorithm SLIGHTLY aswell as it sees the descriptions of the videos and sees similaritys between your videos creating content loops wich drives watchtime and ctr (click thru rate as your videos shuld come up more often in sugested videos!

I really like this format, maybe a little too short for all the things you did in game, but cutting all the grinding parts makes the whole thing much more catchy and dynamic. Really enjoyable
Thank you! Let's plays are pretty bad for viewership, so I'm trying to find a cool mix of quick, high level stuff and enough detail to know what's going on and maybe learn a thing or two. I definitely missed the mark with episode 1, but I think I have a clearer idea of how to proceed, so let's hope episode 2 is much better :D

So for the sword, you can use anything in a prison break that is classified as a Civilian weapon. If you can equip it on your civilian outfit, then it will come with you on the breaks!
in case you don't know what a civilian weapon is (it took me a bit to realize): there will be a symbol on the weapon that looks like 2 people, one holding a pitchfork. Any weapon or clothing that has that symbol can be equipped in your civilian slot.

I just spent like 4 hours breaking people out with my custom made Seax, having to stab them in the face like 6 times. And here you are with an actual weapon. Lmfao

I really really like the concept of this playthrough, but I think you've edited it way too far down. I'd recommend showing at least one full example of each activity you're doing, whichever you think is most interesting. By which I mean most interesting tournament, most interesting jail break, at least touch on the weapons you're smithing, and which parts you're choosing and why. 8 minutes for an entire year of in game time is much too short. I like watching your gameplay and hearing your commentary. Please, 20 minutes to half an hour at least per video. I'd happily watch them even if they were an hour or longer each.
I know you've covered all these concepts in your various guide videos, but I think it's a disservice not to show us them in action in all of their glory.
Excited to see the rest of the run! I love watching playthroughs by people who have mastered the mechanics of game they're playing.
I agree with you 100%. After watching the 1st draft, I wasn't all that happy with it, but I had already wasted 20+ hours prior with play through, recording and editing a previous attempt (I was too far behind on renown gain which would have slowed progress to clan tier 4) and wanted to have something out before the end of the weekend. I think I have a good process down now for how to approach the next episode, which should cut down the editing time a lot, meaning I can spend more time getting exciting battles/prison breaks, etc.

You have the makings of a god tier TH-camr. The quality of your videos are insane for any level of experience, let alone someone who started a few months ago. I love the concept of reaching 100% prison escape blockage to go on a world domination run. I hope the devs won't patch that out of the game because if you put in the effort to get to that point, you should be rewarded with some control over your prisoners.
As for feedback, I'll eco what others have said. The episodes could be longer, I think 15-20 minutes might be the sweet spot for flow and algorithm optimization. I would like to see each of your level ups, attribute and focus distributions and perk selections. I would also like to see some more of the combat, whether it be prison break or 1v30'ing bunch of looters. Occasionally show your party composition and equipped inventory etc. Show us the world state on the map at the end of the episodes.

100% agree with you on the prisoner perks - plus you have to level both riding and scouting on your main character for it to work, so it forces you to put points where you might otherwise not want them, so it's a trade off.
These are some great ideas you bring up - I will try my best to implement them into the next episode as I think it would add a lot to the sense of progression. Thank you for the feedback, it really helps a lot!
Wow, that's a powerful start. I think it may be a little fast for me. I'm not a fan of the editing to be honest. But I do honestly hope it works out for you.
Thank you! Yeah I felt that way too when I was watching it back. For the next episode I'll be sure to slow it way down. My biggest concern is that trading and looter farming doesn't make for interesting footage lol so I wanted to get past that ASAP.

@@jabbott6748 yeah I'm not sure how to do that tastefully. This video covers over 3 hours of gameplay (with time sped up to 30x when smithing even, so without that maybe 5 or more). I'll think about a better way to do it. It's definitely not the same quality as the guides or the Joan of Arc play through, but that's because I lack the skills for this type of video. In time I think I'll figure it out, hopefully it's not too painful to watch until I get there lol
@@Strat-Guides so what you COULD do if your so inclined of course, is to do more of the cinematic stuff you did with the marches! and if you have a Nvidia graficscard (a new one that is) you can do some live actiion animation reaally easily using in game assets, if you are intrested i can send you a few tuttorials or just videos about the subjekt from a few youtubers!

@@Strat-Guides take us with for a few trades between battles or when you see a particular opportunity! perhaps make a story that the looters your hunting had the adacity to steal from your campfollowing and get cought but ran away?? that would give us tha opportunity to watch it and you a reason for it to be in there to begin with? that could make a fairly standard early game waay intresting perhaps! :)

I used to always choose Vlandia as my culture for the +20%xp soldiers got, but they changed it and I'm not sure what the most powerful cultural bonus is any more(ignoring the same culture bonus for settlements).

This was fun, but I do hope later episodes are a BIT less rushed. Early game isn't all that fun or interesting so I get why you'd skim through it, but 8 minutes for an entire year of game time definitely feels like it was a bit too rushed.
Maybe aim for 10-15 minutes per year once things get more interesting/involved?
Yeah for sure, I was trying to quickly get past the grindy parts. A lot of it also came from me not having a good process to handle this big of a project. I wasted a ton of time on the first play through that I messed up and then when I went back to redo it, I tried to record it all in one take, which made it a disaster to try to go back through lol. We will get there, I needed this experience to figure out what I'm doing :D
Next episodes will be much longer for sure.
A bit different with the last Joan of Arc play, and focusing more on the mechanic but not like the ultimate guide series that was like math dissection of the game.

@@Strat-Guides Hey random question but have you ever hired a companion with all their focus points and attributes not spent? Hired one the other day and she was completely not spent anywhere and I could spend all 12 attributes and all her focus points wherever.
@@jessiecollins97 Yeah! It was a bug a recent patch and I loved it haha Totally unrealistic, but it was still cool. I usually dumped all points into intelligence and made them a legit party leader. They patched it out in the current Beta I believe. Those were the days...

I was hoping to hear the reason for going Empire over Battania. My guess was there are 3 Empire factions so it makes for easier early expansion?
Sorry about that! I thought I had included that part but it looks like I edited it out for some reason... My mistake. That's correct, expanding into empire first would allow us to conquer a huge amount of territory without having to deal with rebellions. Most cultures have 5 - 7 towns to start and like you stated, there are 3 of the empire culture so we can conquer about 40% of the map before we have to really worry about peace in our towns. Also, empire gets a 20% garrison wage reduction, which helps a lot with how many settlements we will have!
If you try to redo this faster, I'd be really interested in a stream/unedited videos series!
I'm actually recording it slowly right now as I have time :) I have a couple hours done so far! When I have enough for a couple episodes, I'll post them on the 2nd channel.

I am struggenling with two parts of this series:
1) How do you fight 50 Desert Bandits... i have a huge problem with 5 of them since they always have cavelary in it or spear throwers.
2) Trading: WHAT are you trading? at some point you jump from barely anything to rich and i dont really understand it. I do get the horse trading since you explicitly mentioning it but the first "regular" trade is a mistery to me
Great questions, I glossed over them very quickly. So desert bandits are not too bad if you have the right setup and tactics. Make sure you have a fast horse - desert bandit at a minimum but preferably an Aserai horse. This will allow you to keep out of danger from their horses and javelins since you can match their speed. The second is to completely ignore the infantry and focus on cavalry first. Tier 3 unit has no shield and no javelin so you can fight them first while the tier 4 toss their javelins at you. Once they are gone, kill off the tier 4, which takes time and patience since they have shields and Aserai horses. I find it best to stay close to them, usually approach from behind and try to get shots into their back when their shield isn't in the way. Another strategy, which is extremely risky but very effective, is to charge them head-on and shoot them when their guard is down because they are trying to stab you. It's risky but if you get the timing down it's 100% kill every time. Once those all dead, the infantry are a joke since they have no throwing weapons of shields, it's easy pickings.
Trade is actually quite simple - get to trade level 50 so you can have both the buying and selling assist perks that tell you what good buying and selling prices are. Once you have those, you literally buy everything you can that is green and sell everything you own that is green. There is no strategy or item specific tactic to it, just buy green and sell green.

1) so it is a really hard grind to get there - I just sticked to looters and got there a bit later. Not doing speedy runs but just going a long a build for one ^^

Love this idea. Personally I'm really looking forward to seeing the method you use to get your kingdom going as I suck at that. Cant seem to find the best way to increase relation with nobles and end up fending for my self and get destroyed. Really looking forward to the next one my dude.
Yeah that is going to be the toughest part! We will see how well we can do. I'm hoping to get to that point by the 3rd episode (3 years in) but we will see. I think them making companion promotions will make it a lot more viable though.

That tip on moderating your smithing cannot be overstated. It's easy to get excited when the RNG finally blesses you with good parts, but one weapon that sells for 60k is not better than six weapons that sell for 10k apiece when the nearest town only has 30k to spend on your stuff. It makes for so much smoother of an operation to smith what you can with what you've got.
Yeah that and (i forgot to mention) the cheap weapons use the lower tier crafting materials so it helps get rid of the lower stuff if you can't upgrade them yet through refining. Like everything in life, well balanced is best :D

Sorry about that, I understand where you are coming from. I have the same issue when I try to watching things in Spanish lol I wonder how the heck anyone understands a word they are saying :D But if it's written out I have no problem reading it. What i've done in the past is go to the playback settings in TH-cam and turn the video speed down to 75%, which helped me a bunch. I'm not sure if that would help, but i figured I would share that.

I understand where you are coming from, the only problem I have with that is if I slow it down too much, the native English speakers will ask for it to be sped up. The only solution I can think of that would appease everyone is to have people adjust their speed for their own playback. I think turning the playback speed (I know it's inconvenient and I'm sorry for that) down to 75% should be just right. When I'm working on my Spanish, I will usually put the playback down there and it helps me a ton. I wish there was a better solution!!

This entire series was a gem. It would be nice to see an updated version because much of the earlier tactics, due to taleworlds changes, are no longer available. It’s still entertaining regardless even now. Taleworlds simply gave you a new canvas to provide more content. I like the fact that you’re currently doing the campaign because while it gives you a pre-made clan which some find “OP” they conveniently forget the trade-off of dealing with the conspiracies and multi-front wars that cannot be resolved peacefully.
I did 2 streams a couple weeks ago and messed up the speed run part of it lol I'll try it again this weekend with a better strategy :) I'll definitely be updating the guide and editing the episodes down from that since most people won't be able to make it (or don't have an interest in watching it live).
Yeah I would love a guide for a complete noob, just started playing and it’s boring atm doing looters / quests. But love the battles.
That intro transition was smooth - well done! As enjoyable as this condensed format is, I'd love to see a speedrun from start to end. If you attempt something like this again, I'd absolutely watch it as a longform series or vod.

Thank you! I spent a good chunk of time on the intro, but that was the only thing I was happy with about this video lol I was kind of lost on the rest of it (still learning). For the next episode, I plan on doing more in depth and slowing it down. My plan was to blast through the opening grind so we can get to more exciting stuff asap, but still show what was done to get there. I could have done much better here lol

@@Strat-Guides I'd still say the video is fantastic. It covers all of the decisionmaking and clearly shows the path you took - it's both entertaining and informative! It reminds me of those "Can you beat Fallout with only a bowl of ice cream" type videos, where the video is sort of storytelling the journey through the game - and those are tremendously successful on TH-cam. While I love longform, I think a format like this is much more likely to generate views by getting closer to the mythical algorithm-blessed 15 minute mark.

I totally agree, I was working on a couple let's plays before this and they got good feedback, but the views were about 1/10 to 1/15, but the effort taken to make is about the same or even more than a guide so I'm experimenting with different formats to see what will gain traction. The episodes will get a little longer in the future, but nowhere near as long as the actual playthrough itself. I'm shooting for 2 - 3 hours of gameplay to be cut into 10 - 20 minutes of video. We will see, but I do know for sure I need everyone's help giving feedback with what works and what doesn't so I really appreciate you taking the time to chip in. Danke Schoën!
@@Strat-Guides for real though, I'd love to watch a long form version of a run like this where you just go absolutely ham with your system mastery and do a full world conquest talking about your decision making and showing the whole shebang. Yes, even the early looter farming, you can use it to talk ahead about things coming up.

What difficulty are you playing on? Particularly player damage.
I have everything set on Bannerlord (hardest) and this particular campaign death disabled. I always leave my settings on Bannerlord :D
@@Strat-Guides thanks! Quite surprised that sometimes you took that little damage from arrows, then yesterday I upgraded my armor and it was similar. Guess I was too weakly armored :)
@@MilitaryHistoryNotVisualized Oh gotcha, it makes a big different how far away they are and what type of bow/arrows they are using. There are some other factors too, that and armor are the biggest ones! Without any armor, it should be 2 - 3 shots to go down and with the right armor and at distance, you can literally take 20+ arrows without going down :) Now crossbow bolts are a whole different story lol run for the hills when you see those!

I know, I've never gotten that lucky before. My favorite unlock as the 2nd unlocked blade, I couldn't believe it. From then on, I knew this was the playthrough to keep lol
what is your setup to run these big battles this smooth?
I'm running an i7-11700k @3.6, 32 GB RAM and RTX 3070. Also on SSD, I think that helps some too!
Good video, i do still miss the story "driven" ness of the other series. The delivery i guess could be more dramatic? Idk if you get my drift :) other than the historical character, and the title of the series, we know not much about freidrich is what i'm trying to say
I know what you mean, I really enjoyed doing the other Let's Plays as well. I think when the channel gets a bit bigger, I could try those again and see if people are interested in watching them. It was really fun doing the cinematics and goofing off with the voice overs lol so bad!
He's such an amazing historical figure, it is doing his a disservice not to talk about his achievements for sure. If I see an opportunity to throw little bits in here and there, I will give it a shot. My main goal with this series was to try a new format to see if most people would watch. Let's Plays are a tough sell to the masses from what I've gathered, but I'll do my best to make this one entertaining!

As of 1.7.1 it was working, but not sure if they changed it for 1.7.2. I doubt it though, so it should still be good!
If you're rushing trade, I suggest getting riding horde perk and going full Calvary. Buy any and all decent priced horses. Find a Vlandian or any village that will buy horses for huge profits and just sell all your horses to them. Money shouldn't be a problem as you're a smith. Though this won't count if you are excluding exploits. Cheesed for 200+ trade skill with 50 skill cap.
Great point about the riding horde perk - I actually have that in my notes to get that ASAP and then forgot to get it lol

I don't 100% agree with the opinion about a wide range of weapon values. For one, the experience is valuable as it allows you to snowball smithing further and get more levels so you get more focus points and level up other skills more quickly. In addition, there's almost always something to buy - either to be smelted again or in order to donate it to your troops so you level them up to the max quickly. The second part can also be used for missions where you have to train/donate specific troops. Just finish them with money and reap the relationship reward. Particularly, because it's essentially change you find in your back pocket. (similarly, I like to always have a bunch of grain and tools with me so I can do those quests, even if the relationship gain with notables is relatively insignificant)
This is a great point as smithing tends to get to the point where it's so over-the-top that min-maxing is almost irrelevant. However, for the early game I like to use my companions smith the lower tier stuff to sell and I use my main character to smith/smelt higher tier weapons to get 100% unlocks ASAP. I think a happy middle ground can be found :)
And the smithing for donating XP is a great strategy. They nerfed it pretty hard, but it's still viable!

Correct, it's a silly habit I picked up when I first started making videos - I thought it would make people feel more included but it probably just sounds stupid haha oh well :D
I don't say this often (it is usually the other way around), but I think you went a bit too ham on the editing lol. 20-30mins would be perfect (depends a bit on how many episodes you plan to make), ideally with a particular theme/concept for each episode. There has to be something that makes me as a viewer attached to the protagonist in one way or another.
Haha yeah I agree it the editing went too far! I'm going to shoot for 15 - 20 minutes for the next episode to see how it looks, but if I have more important info than will fit, then I don't mind making a little longer. That's a great point about making each episode a theme/concept. I was trying to show little snippets of the first year because it's mostly just grinding and not that interesting, but I think showing just a little more would have been better. For the next episode, we will have a lot more interesting subject material to cover :D
I always have to smirk and somtimes laugh when not germans try to pronounce old german names like Friedrich and Heinrich. But you get a 10/10 for the effort to get it right and a solid 8/10 for the execution. there are english produced high budget documentaries about the old Fritz that put not even half of your effort in to get his name at least once right!

I know what you mean, it was a bad call to cut the video down that much. I wanted to get past the opening grind quickly, but looked back now I should have spent a little more time. Even the boring stuff is still fun to watch a little bit of.

the pugios are pretty well know. should have verbally mentioned the "tribesmen throwing daggers" also smelt into the same mats. I noticed you had some. one of the other daggers is also good for steel. I forget which one. if you don't get lucky with a finesteel craft unlock, theres a few steel ones that can still sell for 30k+. 2h swordstaff polearm for example.
Yeah I must have forgotten to mention that! In this case, we had tons of money but for early game I like to use the Pugio since they are 50% less than the tribes daggers. Once you get a little cash though it's irrelevant since smithing is OP lol I do kinda hope they fix it at some point but it's been fun to take advantage of it up till now.

Next video will be longer since there will be more things to cover! The beginning is pretty boring, mostly farming looters and crafting weapons. Next week we will do a bunch of prison breaks, smaller battles (100vs100) and maybe even some sieges!

I've never made a weapon that sold for more than 17k. How do you get the price higher?
This was recorded a couple patches ago before they needed it into oblivion lol now you have to make up for it by spamming lots of weapons but you can still make unlimited Denars from smithing.
@@Strat-Guides It's still a grind though. I wouldn't say that smithing is overpowered or 'exploitable', but I'm a newbie. Every town in my game was running a deficit on hardwood so I had to scour the map for 10+ hours to unlock weapon parts for 2 handed swords and make 1.5 million denars. 6 million denars felt unreachable so I switched to trading partly because I was sick of smithing.
@@Lurch150 yeah for sure, plus it takes a lot of the fun out of the game when you have infinite money.

@@Strat-Guides I feel like Smithing is a big reason why my campaign slows down because I spend half of my time resting in town waiting for my stamina to recharge. Is there a more efficient way to smith? I try to craft high level swords that require the least materials, because smelting and refining also take up alot of stamina, wasting more time. My swords sell for about 11k. It adds up, but again, SO much time wasted resting in town because of all the refining, smelting, forging, leveling, grinding, stockpiling........

Just starting this series and loving it. Did they nerf smithing sell prices since this was recorded? I can’t break $18k for 200 difficulty 2h.
Thank you for watching! Oh yeah they nerfed it pretty hard in 1.7.0. I've still been able to find 70k and 80k but they are quite rare now with most showing up in the 10k or less range. I think it's more time-efficient to just spam weapons to sell, but still do orders when you spot a good one. I hope you enjoy the rest of the series! I just finished the final recap episode and spent a LOONG time on it lol so once you finish there is a nice bonus waiting for you :D
This is awesome. Dunno which of your content does the best, but I wouldn't mind longer, more detailed episodes. This ended so fast, I wasn't even finished with my meal, heheh.
Thank you! Yeah I definitely missed the mark with this one. Episode 2 should be much better as I have a better idea of what I'm doing with this format of video. So typically the guides do the best and Let's Plays do the worst, so I'm experimenting with a format that hopefully people want to watch that is somewhere in between those 2 options :)
What difficulty do you play on?
I play on the Bannerlord preset so everything should be on the hardest. I usually do death enabled, but for this one I wanted to take the randomness out of dying for companions so It's off for this one.

I've been checking in on both of those mods periodically and they seems to be making good progress! As far as full release for the actual game, it's really hard to say. I can see it going in two ways: either they delay the release another few months or they release it incomplete and try to patch it after.

Nice, TH-cam algorithm trying to suck you back into Bannerlord haha It's a pretty good time though. I got back into Bannerlord about 4 months ago but took about 7 - 8 month break and it feels much better.

In your character build guide you said you would say why you didn't take Battania in this video.
Woops, my bad! The biggest reason is because we will be taking a huge amount of Empire culture towns, which means we will get a -3 loyalty debuff to each one UNLESS we take empire culture from the start. This is a big difference in stabilizing (also growing militia, prosperity, etc.) all fiefs.
The series has a lot of potential, it is just way too edited down. I understand why you choose to go the new route, but your other lets plays were some of the most watchable and entertaining on YT. I suggest showing at least occasional longer segments. Such as the last battle of the 3 starting bandit fights and a couple rounds of the tournaments. As fast as you're going through things, it is hard to get invested and follow along.
Yeah I think you're right, I should have included at least a couple. I just didn't think anyone wanted to see looter farming or another tournament, but I can see now that was not the right call!
There will be a lot more action in the next episode, you have my word :D

Yeah it's pretty cool! Next you're in your character editing screen, press ctrl C and then past it into a text document and you'll see all the code for it. It's similar to crafted weapons, you can copy/paste them too. I tried to paste it for TH-cam but the brackets mess it up so I'll probably redo them in the discord or maybe make my own web site to host everything.

Oh boy, that was a long process lol. So I took a town and made the garrison weak enough to get sieged, then added troops in as the enemy was attacking, put 500 troops intro 3 different groups and had them march in shield wall formation to slow them down and about 5s behind the next group. Initially I wanted to use column formation, but they only would do single file lol it looked really stupid! I found some good marching sounds online and layered those in too. I wanted to get some someone yelling orders in German, but I couldn't find anything good so I left that out.

I want to eventually do a famous battle video that would be from 1st person mode and covering the major parts of the battle (initial skirmish, big lines clashing, flanking by cavalry, war council at night, etc.). @@Dzhanan10 It depending on which skills you are using. I like to use smithing, riding, bow and charm to level up quickly since they are all easy to get tons of XP quickly. I think it's not hard to get in the 20s for main level through these skills within a year or two.

is this series with death disabled?
Yeah this was sandbox, 50 year old start and death disabled. I had just completed the character creation guide and wanted to show off the extra attribute and focus points you can get through sandbox (since most people only play campaign).
@@Strat-Guides would death enabled make this faster or slower?
@@juicebox6581 That's a great question... I think it would depend on RNG. It could go faster if some nobles get killed off in battle since we were smacking them around so easily. But also it might go slower if one of the support companions died. Frederick's wife was the steward and we had a medic and engineer too, so losing one of them would have been a rough one to deal with.

I'm not sure if I have the wrong one, so my apologies if I am off here - but you can have a couple different kill feeds in the top right. There is an option that allows you to go with icons only, it's a drop down menu in the options. It should have 3 options and the one I'm using is icons (SP only). I hope that helps, but if you have trouble finding it, let me know and I'll get better instructions for finding it!

Sorry lol part of it was me not knowing how to handle that much footage for editing at once and another part of me just wanting to get it done since I had goofed on about 10+ hours of work. I was 3 years into it (if you notice on the end notes, I actually did 2 runs prior) and was running out of time. None of this is an excuse though! I'll get better and episode 2 will be much better :D
I suggest, as I do for all other channels: have the main channel be for highlights and "good stuff", but have a second channel for (mostly) unedited raw footage.
Service both zoomers and us who just want hours upon hours of someone playing a game while we half-listen while playing the same game, checking back when something happens.
@@UnsoberIdiot that's not a bad idea, I'll have to consider that. The difficulty is they wouldn't be any voice over for the gameplay. I'm having to do these after the fact because I can't have 3-4 hours of quiet time, my one year old and my African grey would take up over half of the audio lol I doubt anyone wants to hear that, or watch unedited footage with no voice over. In a few months I plan on taking over a room or two and making a studio away from all the noise where this could happen. I may just do live streams for the Let's plays and have those post as videos after the fact. That might be the solution, your thoughts?

It's okay, better late than never :D So if you start in sandbox mode and pick 50 years old for the starting age, you get extra attribute and focus points to spend! Just be careful if you're playing with death enabled as 50 years old has a moderate risk of dying from old age, so I recommend turning death off if that's the case :)
Satan's tooth uses the Falx blade! It's such a good weapon, I use it in nearly all of my play throughs.
