Have you ever stopped and consider for a moment the possibility of doing something special in your life?
Something that makes you feel very scared and at the same time gives you butterflies in your stomach, just thinking about it.
I have, several times actually, and every time I have done it, I have created new possibilities for myself and others that I care for.
Remote refurbishing, just like remote purchasing has created the opportunity for many to push the boundaries of possibilities and in returned the have conquered a dream or realised a vision.
Refurbishing a property is the easiest part of the journey, having your vision turned into a reality is the challenging part of the task.
Remote Purchasing requires a rare ability, an ability that was gifted to me, a gift that I treasure and protect.
I listen, I feel, I hear, I touch and deliver people desires, turning their visions into reality. I go beyond that by feeling their concerns, their worries and in doing so, I do everything that is in my power to protect and deliver.

I’m so glad the staircase is saved! It’s my favorite part of the renovation. The crew putting up the plasterboard are true craftsmen. Having nearly completed my own renovation project in Umbria, I certainly appreciate what a fantastic job your whole crew is doing. Bravo!

Ciao, that staircase and the roof terrace definitely were pivotal in our choice of that property. The whole place, though, has a great feel about it….even from the very beginning. Davide and his team have made this an amazing adventure. Where’s your place in Umbria? Do you have a channel to follow? Assisi is one of my favorite places to be. 😌🇮🇹

Davide, would and what makes it easier for the EU country resident to buy a house in Italy compared to non EU country citizens? We have an ability to obtain a second stizenship in one of the EU country (not Italy, unfortunately) based on ancestry, but it will cost us about €5000 and we dont know if this worth it or not.

Well, that’s a decision for you to make. For the purpose of purchasing makes very little difference, or none at all, providing your country has a reciprocity treaty in place. If you are planning of spending more than 90days consecutively, having a EU citizenship will be the way
