Yes another one done, when I look back is quite scary, I have completed more than a dozen refurbishment in the last 12 months, some larger than other, I wonder why I feel a little tired at times 🙏🍻

What a fun house! Love those little hobit caves, they would be sooo fun for the kiddos, or even for adults rekindling their childish fun... the kitchen is a bit unique, but all of the energy its taken to reveal the stunning natural rock and brickwork is truly, priceless!

Nice property! Btw, is there a way of hiding those outside power cables somehow? It would be great to figure that out across all centros storicos. P.s. Drawer style cabinets in the kitchen could add extra usable space.
I wish there was a way, they belong to the power grid….. I think by 2030 they should go underground
