Trying To LEARN JAPANESE In VR With Terra Alia

Today i'll be taking a look at Terra Alia, a Quest 2/3 learning language game, that implements itself very nicely into an RPG style adventure. Learn the secrets of 10 different languages as you solve puzzles and battle students in the fantasy adventure RPG!
★ In Terra Alia you have magic that you can use but it's locked away behind an entire language that you have to learn through a unique system of voice recognition and the world around you. Pointing at an object and pressing a button will give you an example of said objects word and then you must say the word to learn what the item is. Doing so will add the word to you vocabulary list. Speaking of which, the game uses a very cool menu system attached to your hands, however this doesn't all work perfectly as in my playthrough the vocabulary section seemed to be broken and not allow me to access anymore then the first four words I'd learned. The game I'd littered with word puzzles and are fairly challenging depending on the language you choose to learn but in my experience, Japanese was prolly not the best choice for me. Overall it's a great game to learn a new language while doing it in a fun and unique way of playing a game!
