What about him bleeding to death after being shot by Malcolm and then suddenly reappearing unscathed and even managed to subdue him? Or when he suddenly teleports in S2 ending, with Charlotte. One moment he is standing besides her and Charlotte in front of her, 3 seconds later(at least from Chloe's, and well any mortal's, perspective) they were 50 meters away from them.

An interesting thought had occurred to me. What does one see when they look upon the face of the devil? Maybe it is a mirror of all of their evils which may explain why Chloe and Linda weren't so adversely freaked out when compared to their more criminal counterparts. Kinda reminds me of Ghost Rider's penance stare. We all have sins, in one form or another. those who at least attempt a clean life would be least affected.

Richest, best portrayal of vulnerability I've ever seen. I mean he's a great actor anyway but this scene is incredible. Makes you relate and wanna hug him and tell him everything's gonna be ok.
There's something just deeply satisfying about number 3. The tone and pacing of the scene is so perfect. All the humans know something is wrong, but not what. Even the girl with the gun hesitates, knowing something's not right. But then the shock when its just, so much worse than expected.
If you haven’t seen the show the meaning behind why he looks that way is very deep. I can’t believe it took me so long to fall in love with this series.

There's something just deeply satisfying about number 3. The tone and pacing of the scene is so perfect. All the humans know something is wrong, but not what. Even the girl with the gun hesitates, knowing something's not right. But then the shock when its just, so much worse than expected.

@LNT Its a reflection of his own insecurities and the fact he sees himself as a monster and because angels self actualise those feelings change him physically
@@vvvpatovvv or maybe it's a reflection of the insecurities or the hatred of the people he wants to punish 🤔 Why would he express his own insecurities the time he's powerful over someone else?
It's also a sort of parallel with jesus, he died for people's sins, devil reflects them.
(I'm not religious at all and not find of monotheistic dichotomy between good and evil, but love the philosophy and storytelling)

I’ve never watched this show, ever! It does look interesting so, perhaps what I’m going to say s is totally out of the context of the show….But, @02:51 lucifer is looking for answers from that guy before he commits suicide, (again I’ve never seen a single episode) but, surely at that point it’s safe to assume the guy is a sinner who is going to hell? So, lucifer shouldn’t look like “oh damn, I never got the answer I was looking for!”, surely he could just be all like “I guess I better go back to hell and question him there!”, no? Is that not a thing in this show? And if not, can someone who’s watched it either tell me why or sincerely say it’s worth watching to find out??

I watched Lucifer one year after I saw him doing a cameo in the Flash. Turns out I didn't even noticed him acting in Miranda, Merlin, said cameo until the ended of all 6 seasons.
