TikTok, the new Speech and Debate event!!

Nathan Fair explores a new Speech and Debate event which is TikTok. MOUNTAIN VIEW TORO COUNTRY CLASSIC is the tournament offering the new event this year. This is a Tournament of Champions (TOC) qualifying tournament but TIKTOK is not a TOC event yet. Comment your opnion on the event.
