Mark, that was amazing! I find your adventure’s utterly fascinating! Thank you for taking us with you. The jellyfish were beautiful. The scenery is stunning!
Wow, that area is absolutely beautiful! I really enjoyed the video very much. I was amazed by the under water footage, those Starfish & Jellyfish were incredible!!! Thank you, Mark for taking us along!!! 🌼
What a fantastic video! I have loved fishing since I was a little girl. I also love Alaska and wanted to move there. Beautiful area you were in. I would have loved that trip♥️👍🏻
Mark thank you for sharing your Alaska and your adventures with us. Amazing seeing it through your eyes, especially some of the underwater views. I enjoyed the foraging for what nature provides. Takes me back to my childhood many, many, many years ago. The mountains of West Virginia can be rich in their bounties.
I just love these underwater adventures. Your Camera work is incredible. I was just in awe of the Locations beauty, and the different sea life you encountered. Your excitement Mr Mark just made it all the more thrilling. It is nice to see you have the time to fish for your own enjoyment. You are always so gracious to give it all to the Boys. But Scouting it out helps you plan for the Kids to come next. Thanks Mark, the Jelly Fish was amazing.
Ha ha! Those contestants suffer so much. I think I might do ok for a little bit, but I think the starvation might get to me. I’m not sure I’d make it more than 2 weeks.
Yes Mark I am from Sydney, my older brother used to do a lot of scuba diving all around Australia (unfortunately had to stop due to his age) he also took underwater photographs and won many competitions he wanted people to see how incredible it was under the sea 🦘
Very cool adventure, Mark! I've always been fascinated with spearfishing. Couple times i've tried it has been to silty and dirty to see anything. That water is perfect. Great video! 😁
That was some of the clearest I’ve had while up here. It seems the further out you get to the open ocean, the clearer it gets. I’m general. A good day in south central AK in the summer is 10’ of vis. Have you seen our other spearing videos?
@@AlaskaBoys Gotcha. Looked like a good, protected bay you had to work with in that location. maybe keeps the water movement down. How was it fighting the tidal movement? I have not seen the other videos yet. I will definitely check them out. I would love to learn how to do this as my boys get older. Alaska has so many unique outdoor opportunities, but this seems like one that is overlooked up here.
Which part of the peninsula did you take out of? Free diving never looked appealing until you started making videos of spear fishing Alaskan waters. On my bucket list now.
You can do trips like this out of all of the ports in Southcentral Ak. Homer, Whittier, Seward, etc. Take a free-diving course and then you’ll have the skills and safety aspects taken care of.
@@AlaskaBoys definitely something to look into. The visibility of Whittier when I was there last month was not as clear as your dive trip. I’m scuba certified, but free diving, I’m sure, is definitely a different beast. Obviously the visibility is dependent on tide and storm surges, but that looked pretty amazing!
I used to free dive in the pacific for abalone and then got certified for scuba had great plans for cave diving but it got ended when my legs locked up on a night dive 300 yards off shore
Mark thank you. Again you brought us on and incredible breath taking adventure. Beautiful scenery, diving and catching all those 🐠🐟.
:😀 👍

Thanks, not to be cheeky, but I find them fascinating too! We love getting out and seeing new places. This place was no exception. It was beautiful.
Awesome adventure! I can't wait to take the family there to explore!
I just love your videos. It just makes my day. Even when you cook at home love seeing those as well.
AWESOMELY AWESOME AWESOMENESS 😂😅😮😊
What a great adventure. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of the world with us!
It truly is a really beautiful area. Glad you enjoyed it.
Great video, you truly have a passion for diving and are pretty good with the spear. Also well done Bill on your catch also

Mark all the best in your new hobby stay bless. Safe
Fabulous footage Mark... Your boys are going to love joining you when they're older... Awesome.. 😊
I was a little sad they didn’t come on this trip. I’ll for sure bring them next time now that we know the area better.
Fantastic scenes. Thank you.

Thanks Marcella, hopefully they boys can come on a similar trip next summer.
Amazing view!
Another amazing adventure Mark! Some lovely looking fish you both caught! Love the underwater shots! Looking forward to seeing more adventures!
Loved the video, you're living that true Alaskan life! Can't wait to see you on the next season on Alone 😉

And I forgot. Looked the Meals. They looked delicious
What a cool adventure and the scenery was definitely post card worthy! ❤
How awesome thank you for sharing this trip you make me feel as if I am right there with you 🦘
Thanks. Are you watching from Australia? They have incredible diving there.

Just beautiful scenery. Such an exciting trip. I love learning about nature from you.
Thanks for watching. 👍
Awesome video! Man, you make me realize, there’s so much more to do in Alaska.
We are just scratching the surface! Alaska is so big, the longer I’ve been here, the more I realize there is to explore.
Just watched your hospitality towards outdoor boys.
You got a new sub here
Love from 🇮🇩
Thanks for checking out our channel.
I enjoyed this video. Great job!

I love this. Ever since I went diving in Hawaii I wanted to try when I move back to Alaska! Glad people are doing it!
There’s a small but dedicated group of speros up in AK. With the right gear it’s great.
I think you would be very uncomfortable living anywhere else. It seems you love being one with nature! Nice.

Where are you in this video?
On the coast near the Gulf Of Alaska.
Very cool. You using a 7mil there?
How deep are you diving there?
7 mm suit and diving between 20-60’
So you wear glasses is your diving mask prescription?
Good observation. Thankfully my eyesight isn’t too bad, so I just go without when diving. It gives the fish a little advantage.
😅
Nessie is a myth
