Thank you for showing this beautiful chateau! This is my first time looking at your videos ! Please, I would like to see the château that you are thinking of buying .
You are so sweet! Thank you!! Please subscribe... As I believe I am going to France in 2 weeks to see properties in person!!! Gahhh! It seems surreal:)
Please yes! Show us 😁 if it’s for you it won’t pass you by, even if you show us 😁 My current house had just sold when I found the details, that fell through but it sold again before I could get an offer on my house, so I took my house off the market and gave up, only to get a phone call saying- the buyers pulled out on moving day, do we want it? And we sold our house the day it went back on the market 😂😂🤣 so we got our new dream house.. with the view, the studio etc etc. ✨crazy times. Have faith 💕✨ ☀️
I have no desire to purchase a chateau along with all the work, renovation and maintenance that comes with it. Plus the outbuildings and the grounds. I'll just live vicariously.
Totally understandable! They are a lot of work - it's definitely a lifestyle choice! Living vicariously is probably a good idea :) Less work and money, haha!
This chateau has been on the market for years, so obviously there is some serious problems attached to it, there is even a special video just on this place and the gardens from about 10-15 years ago, it is in French. A real chateau has to have been built by an aristocrat, and not a fake given a title by Napoleon or Napoleon III. So many mansions claim chateau, but they aren't.
Hello from Chateau Sallandrouze in the Creuse region. If you are looking for a neo Gothic design which I'm basing on your taste in Chateau. There is one for 1 mil Euro in CHATEAU SAINT GEORGES SUR LOIRE 927000 EUROS. Good luck.
So many are crumbling into history because most French don’t have money to fix their little houses. So a chateau can only be saved by foreigners. Unfortunately it’s reality. 🇨🇦
I'd like to suggest to include both sq meter and sq ft in your videos. It's one thing converting it into sq ft because you're an American, but these videos are seen by the rest of the world, too.

Hello, its the château du Moulin near Lassay-sur-Croisne. The pearl of the Sologne !
Sounds fabulous!!! Thank you for that info!
Yes. Please show the other Castles you are considering. Thank you.
Will do, Riley! :)
It’s seems like it used to be much bigger as the walls around the outside looks like it had towers and other structures
It'd be great if there was a way to investigate that!
Can u post the link to the listing? .. garhering from the photos only THOSE rooms are in good repair ? 😮
I'll see if I can find it and will post it to you. And yes... I imagine those are the only good rooms 😐.
Can you please make videos for chateaus which have large number of bedrooms but are not too expensive. I am exploring to buy one as well.
Absolutely!! I will do that 😊. Thanks for watching and thanks for letting me know!
Love the Moat! Certainly better than a fruit basket.
Ha! Definitely 😂😂
Very interesting about this ❤
Very!
its gotta be bigger than 4200 sq feet. maybe the calculations were incorrect?
Yes, you're right, maybe they didn't count on the worst rooms like in non-lovable condition?
Do show!!! I'll show you mine!

Hello!! Thanks so much for passing along that information. I appreciate it!
The mosquitoes must be terrible in the evenings.
I never thought about the mosquitoes! Ha! I suppose that's a possibility.
Just what the French need--more foreigners moving in and pricing them out of their own real estate market!
Many of these old buildings have set empty for so long.... There is plenty for all!
