I have the same vehicle bought it used and when I took it home 4 different times putting in reverse it tried to find the backup camera but there is no camera on the back how do I go about getting a amera?

Ive used those Metra ford connectors 705600. The polarity was wrong on the metra connector. I traced it back to the radio and positive was negative. Vice versa. You might checkem
