I don’t know of any mower blades that overlap? Not saying they don’t exist, but that’s much more dangerous and timing is key. Most mowers don’t have timing belts, just regular drive belts. They just come very close together, the lift of the blade does the rest to not leave patches.
Put the whole car together and line your body panels up before you paint it. More work but you will notice the body lines immediately and fix them before your paint it. I spent 18 hrs on my car lining up body panels so the gaps are all perfectly 1/8”. That’s a crucial step and makes any paint job look good roll it outside and have many people look at it and inspect your work. You want it perfect to start with, I always invite some friends over to look for dents and stuff I missed. Looking at the same rig over and over again your eyes get dull to mistakes, but the fresh eyes help. Block sand it all together and fitted. Then pull apart and paint. This is the step that sets all paint jobs apart. Proper block sanding …. Sylvestors customs will show you all you need at this stage.

Apparently he is gonna mow every other day since the mower he welded into the other will clog up with grass/debris as soon as it actually grows as he welded it so it gets thrown into other mower instead of out other end if he cuts 1 shoulda cut both. Really sucks when 1 breaks down and only 1 side cuts and he has to push 2 mowers for same passes as started with.
