Step 1 - Load to bottom rest tab, 2 - Load top to rest, 3 - load top to the closest shark fin to the rest tab, 4 - load bottom to the loading tab for maxium power, 5 - load the kicker band on top. Now shoot & enjoy a speargun with tons of power & little to no recoil.

You made that look so easy. I bought the 125 ET RR, and every time I try to load it, I feel like I'm about to Crack my sternum even with a chest pad.

Hmm, You should talk to the shop you purchased the speargun from and see if they can't show you how to get better leverage. This roller is actually really easy for me to load...you should try the double roller with two 3/4 inch band...that's hard to load.
