It’s fairly standard classical style chords with a sort of pop arrangement. Learn a few of these and you’d be able to come up with your own songs in a similar style. Incredible music this man makes

This song made me cry for the first time in years. Coming out of the pool and hearing it echo off the walls of the hall for the first time was jaw dropping. Ive been obsesed with it for over a month. I checked to see if there was a video of Darren recording it and was initially disapointed but found solace in finding and watching the 6 part noclip doc which featured some of Darren's recording process which was awesome to see but I was bummed that this song wasn't included in the process. I feel like this video just completed some small part of me and I thank you for this wild ride lmao.

For the last week or so Ive started singing the Hades songs to my horse - she's been very lonely and heartbroken since her girlfriend has been at the vet for surgery, so I've been singing to her to keep her company. If she likes it or just tolerates it I'm not sure, haha, but I think the melody of your songs is calming.
But this is such an amazing video to share - you teach so incredibly well. I got unreasonably happy when I saw this, so thank you!

Hey Darren, thanks for these videos. Hades is a great game, but the songs really hit me hard and I'm happy that I can learn how to play them from the artist themselves. I'm really looking forward to Hades 2 and what you bring to my daily listening and my catalog of songs to play for my family. Thank you for the tears and emotions. Honestly, it's kept me playing the game beyond the ending just to get these two together.

I’m a bassist but I finally picked up my regular guitar because of this song ❤ it’s so beautiful and I modified it a bit to fit the original more. Also I think it sounds better in Eb but that’s personal taste
