They are the biggest in the world (10,000 square kilometers of salt!). We drove 70 miles in the middle of the flats and had a gourmet picnic, and then hiked on an island that has formed on top of the flats. We ended the day with a gorgeous sunset and settled in our salt hotel for the night!

But that doesn't mean we should be selfish and only think about the profits and the systems mankind has made and forget about our home earth we the species of this planet should love, respect and protect our earth and should also have great attachment to it. Forgetting countrys we should all know that we are all mankind and stop wars. On the topic of man's creation a human mind is one of the nature's most beautiful creation . And if used wisely it could do wonders. And wait we don't exactly have to use it . It is us so it is auto and it is wonderful . Our mind is as deep and mysterious as outer space. A human mind and body is incredible . And so is the earth it is hard for us to understand how everything just fits in perfectly.

We used to work in unison. Seek out the wooded structures that were tore down due to being a "safety risk". These wooden structures match natures vibrations and frequencies and they were magnificent to look at

I had no idea the mirror effect depended on the amount of rain. Initially, I thought the mirror affect was from the consistency of the underground rivers. I hope to be lucky when I do visit the salt flats in the future!!
At the end of April is the perfect time to visit the Uyuni salt flat, since you can see both the dry salt desert and the effect of the giant mirror. It is not as cold as in winter and rainfall is limited. The lower number of tourists also means that you can get better deals for hotels and tours.
