  • We thought this would be the easiest access to snow for our July skiing. It turned out to be a wonderful day with great temperatures, sunny skies, and good company. We hiked out to a spot we saw from the road and skied two spots there. On our way back to the trailhead, we skied another patch that we skied last July.

    Where did you guys start your approach?/ where did you find snowpack?

      @elidavidoff5942 Hey thanks for the comment! We started at the trail at the top of Loveland Pass and followed the ridge west. We passed a couple of small snow fields on the way, but we saw this long one from the road and knew that was the one! I point it out from the road on my way down at the 21:00 mark in the video.
