not exactly, on the behalf of NJT, only North Jersey Coast, Northeast Corridor, and Raritan trains pass through Newark Penn. A variety of amtrak east coast also passes through, as well as NJT's newark city light rail service

Also Amtrak has downgraded some schedules so that they skip all stops until they reach philly(After they depart New York), this has happened to Acela trains 2153 and 2167
