aw thank you!! It was fun overall, I did start to lose my patience around config 10 HAHA. I'm a big fan of the alu no foam sound too! absolutely agree ♡
OMG the dedication! Thank you for putting in all these hours for our sake, it must have been exhausting. Honestly, I couldn't possibly choose one single config - all of them have their own charms. But surprisingly I preferred the alu plate sound tests over the PP plate (I usually go with the softer materials, as I love thock, but clack suits this board perfectly :3) Also, you always choose the best color combinations, it's a gorgeous build!
@@thoccnology thank you so much Gaby!! I totally agree, I think Alu lets this board’s sound shine a little bit more ☺️🫶🧡 thanks for your support and your sweet words!!
happy first video! omggg the dedication! this is so perfect for people like me who don't know the effects of these kinds of mods 😁😁 can't wait to see more!
aw thanks for coming to support me, Will!! Haha this board stayed very clacky throughout, but there were veery subtle differences right! :D Thank you my friend
Can this case thocc? I see it achieves a deeper sound only with PP plate, all foams, Iso. Bottom mount and it still sounds clacky… can the switches be the problem?
@@AleOnTH-cam I did choose a sharp and clacky switch, yes! If you like a deeper pitched thocky sound, it can likely go a little deeper than this though with different switches (and maybe a few mods!) ☺️ but like most other Neo boards, it is naturally clacky!
Of all the Neo75 CU review videos I've seen, this video has the best typing sound test! And just wondering, which configuration did you like best during your typing test?
@@jdawg206A omg such kind praise, thank you! I’m glad as long as it’s helpful!! It might be primacy bias, but I quite liked no foam or case foam only with alu plate! But pp plate was great too, as I typically like softer plates. And probably gasket mount just sliiiightly more - but the stiffer bottom mount really has its charm too! It’s awesome that it’s very easy to switch between either mounting style ☺️
Great Sound Test! but i would like to ask which one is more clacky , neo75 cu or neo80 im looking for either this two . The layout is not a problem to me :)
I have both, however I went all foams in my Neo80! I do think the Neo75 CU is the clackiest, where even all foams sounds much clackier than neo80 all foams. Hope this helps
Wow! This was a TON of work. Thank you so much for such a thorough sound comparison! My favorite is Alu gasket mount with no foam. Sounds so pure.

i respect the hustle noela, great soundtests 🫶🏻

Thank you!! I leaned into the copper orange 🧡
Sounds amazing 🙌🤤 What stabs did you use?
just the stabs that came with the unit! :) My favourite in general are Maiz clip ins, though I haven't tried TX before~
kudos to all the work you put into this video!!! i'm gonna refer to this when i build mine 😬
thank you dango!! omg can't wait foor you to build it. it's such a great board to type on 🥰
pp plate all foams and gasket mount scratched my brain so good

I've noticed that wehn foam removed it sounds better🤔 Not always though.
@@johanb.7869 admittedly I usually love the sound of foam in a board, and I agree! Some boards like this one do sound better without ☺️🫶
what mouse do you use? looks pretty
I use the Logitech MX Anywhere 3S in white! It’s great for small hands especially ☺️🫶
