@@FoodServiceDriver yea I can’t complain the virus hit Sysco hard here in MD was laid off but I stayed busy. But got my call back an go in at 5am I just miss the work an the money.
Unfortunately, they give you one but once you’ve been there for a while you can ask for another one because they’re not going give you 2 right away…they have to save some for the new people coming on board
Depends on allot of things such as bids, open routes, and his seniority and based off by him being hired October last year he don’t have much seniority in the company. The best thing he could do is wait for re-bid to come up so he can try and get his own route but usually about 4 months - 1 year

No we’re not allowed to do that but what happened was they gave me the route late to run it because we was short staff so I didn’t give a damn I override the whole route...if it’s already 5 hours late I don’t care at that point

@@FoodServiceDriver i deliver to hospitals schools prisons pretty much anywhere where people get milk in the morning lol its a teamsters job and it pays $30 an hour but I don't get crazy hours but thats fine with me I used to work at sysco working like 60 hours a week
@@FoodServiceDriver keep up the good content man you show alot of the newer guys the hard work it takes to work in the foodservice industry alot of people think its easy work until they get out there on their own route and gotta deliver a truckload of boxes to greasy kitchen floors

They let you scan inside the trailer? We have to run it in the store and scan a location barcode before we can scan the product.
