@@AverageArtz Ikr. Bungie had steve vai and breaking Benjamin on the track on their 2nd game. Thats the kind of impact CE had. Most we get from games these days- on a large scale, is what- Travis Scott in fortnite? Idk which is worse- MS showcasing a mumble rapper on fortnite or fortnite being their only 'successful' product to even be worth hiring popular artists to feature their music on. Halo 2 nonchalantly flexed while MS is over here struggling to make anything memorable.
Close you’re eyes and think of all the fun moments you had playing this game and it’ll be the greatest ending to a perfect game halo will always be my favorite.
This was so badass and yet so beautiful. Thank you for the work of art man. Must feel so amazing to be able to loose your self in the music while strumming each note just getting lost in it.
This is an absolutely beautiful cover of an iconic song that's been with me since my childhood, I find myself listening to this repeatedly. Your combination of electric and acoustic guitars really sets this one apart from other covers of Halo songs I've heard where it focuses primarily on electric. You have a unique way of using the instruments to make it both have a harder impact but still remain a more gentle/softer sounding song. I checked out some of your other works as well, another favorite being your cover of In Amber Clad, and you are immensely talented! Well done!
This is incredible. On the first listen it gave me literal goose-bumps and an immediate smile! Absolutely brilliant cover!!! (Looking at your other videos, you've easily earned a subscription from me!)
Ayyyy I'd love to hear a cover for the Mandalorian theme, or some stuff from the Destiny franchise. Just discovered this channel and I can't stop listening to everything lol
Damn this is amazing! This honestly sounds like it could be in Halo Infinite cause I hear bits of it that sound like 343 Industries era of Halo music like the Halo 5 song "The Light is Green" for example. Very nice work! Keep it up my dude!
This is definitely the best cover of A Walk In The Woods. Thank you! Also, the production level was amazing too. Could you tell me, what are your settings/tools that you used in this mix?
Thanks! I use GGD for drums, Submission Audio for bass and Neural DSP for guitar tones. Couldn't really go into mixing in a comment section but using the above tools is a great starting point for a good sounding production!
@@Mathukey1 That's really cool. Your videos inspired me to want to play again. By the way, what is this ibanez model? I thought this model was fantastic.
Halo Infinite really needs to get more OG HALO SOUND TRACK SONGS IN IT and mix them up like this would of been amazing hearing while being introduced to the new ring in halo infinite
Thanks! I used my a7III here and a 35mm fe f1.8 lens. The lens is actually made for crop sensor cameras like the a6000 series, but I always use it on my a7III
Thanks! I use Logic Pro now but I used GarageBand for about 8 years (until this year). But everything I do in terms of programming drums can be done in GB. Velocities are the most important thing to make them sound real. Make sure they’re aren’t all at 127 as they just sound unnatural if they do. I individually change every velocity so they’re all different in a 2 or 4 bar section then I copy that and work from there. There’s a bunch of other things to do but that would be the main thing for me.
Nice man glad you stuck with it from the start. I started learning awhile back but then stopped. My uncle is a amazing musician who loves guitars. He has some badass guitars hung up in show cases signed by some of the world's best players. He also had a well known band back in the day. Stupid good at playing anything and everything.
Hello ! I’d like to know if your covers are free to use (with credits to you) or if you have any requirements, or just if you don’t want to I don’t know if you specified it anywhere so I’m asking Sorry to bother, have a nice day !
Yeah as long as you simply aren't just re-uploading the track I'm happy for you to use it for whatever you'd like, although I do request you acknowledge me in the video or at least a link in the description of your video.
"This is the way." - Inquisitor Gandalf, captain of the starship Enterprise
Man, that was my favorite episode of game of thrones
His name was Gandalf Shepard.
the battlestar enterprise
Warhammer 2: Rise of the Machines
Pokemon: The Halo Wolrd
My only problem with this version that it's not long enough
SHEEEEEEEEESH THIS IS NUTS. Wouldn’t even mind this being in infinite that’d be badass
THIS is the direction 343 needs/needed to go with. Halo needs some ROCK man
This is what Halo used to be 20 years ago. 343 killed that.

And I catch my self here yet again to this master peice.
This is.... awesome! I never knew I needed a rock version until now, I love this!
Now we need a soft cover of “rock anthem for saving the world”
0:26 when you find the sniper and taunt before you start popping those no-scopes
Man this fits the style of halo infinite's mp soundtrack so damn perfectly, can't stop listening to your covers of these!
And yet again we meet again spartan
Whoa, holy- words can't even begin to express how amazing this is-
When I hear this piece it's hard to believe that it exists because of how good it is. Like the bassline the melody everything is perfect.
This was so badass and yet so beautiful. Thank you for the work of art man. Must feel so amazing to be able to loose your self in the music while strumming each note just getting lost in it.
Michael Salvatori reminicent... I wonder why that would be ;) seriously. I keep coming back to this every so often, your halo covers are amazing

everytime i hear this all i can think is more ppl need to hear this cover

Funny I was just thinking of doing a cover of the Mandalorian and I just downloaded Destiny 2 the other day for the first time. Maybe it's a sign??
@@Mathukey1 destiny has a great soundtrack. Being mostly orchestral, it gives me a sense of grandiosity and severity; its actually pretty deep.
This is criminally underrated
Bro this has that Linkin Park vibes to it, amazing!!!
Honestly I'll be playing this in my head set when I play through halo now.
we need more of these covers from you dude, they're awesome.
Would love to jump back into making them when I have more time!!
Dude I love all your Halo covers! I hope you keep doing more :)

This is like if Steve Vai did a cover of this for Halo 2 ❤ I hella dig it
This is incredible, really well done!
If they make a next halo this should be like the trailer theme and also be in the ost
Only 20k views? this is really good music. Your really talented.

This is immense, pretty inspired to do my own version now, now I need software to make the drum track 😂
Awesome mate, this is bungie quality halo.
This is fucking great.
This is an awsome cover of an amazing soundtrack.
Yo this is great! Awesome mix sound too!
1:20 wow!
Pure bliss.
This is one of those few tracks that NEEDS an extended version
Thanks so much for this. This is amazing
goes hard
Wow, cool 😮
So good ❤
Kudos to your creativity 👏
4:00 minutes best for gaming; better chance to be added to playlists for future.
Edit: perfect for battlefield 4
So beautiful
This is amazing.
Que magnifico trabajo💯💯
god this is amazing
Pretty bad ass rendition, and a good pick too
Perfection!🔳 (there's no hexagon emoji, you'll have to settle for this knockoff square Perfection medal)
Can you do "Heretic, Hero" from Halo 2 too please?
This should have been used for the halo infinite version. Good track bro
Very well done mister! This is some really good shit.
This is extremely good defiantly subscribing

Wondered into the green flooded mist and found my way here next to a campfire may I rest before fighting the hordes to come
I’m picky about my covers, this one was hot. Thank you!
Excellent.
This is fucking rad.
Es increíble que sea tan hermosa
👍👍👍
awesome
brilliant!
damn this is good
👍
Awesome cover dude, also I have the same 7 string and I adore it, did yours come with dimarzios?
Yep everything is stock on that guitar!
Sounds like if halo wars had walk in the woods soundtrack
most intense bowl of mac and cheese i've ever eaten
Excellent production quality and playing! Super tight! May I ask what camera and lens you're using?
Thanks! I used my a7III here and a 35mm fe f1.8 lens. The lens is actually made for crop sensor cameras like the a6000 series, but I always use it on my a7III
This should have been Boss fight music in Infinite!
This hit as hard as Halo 2. 10/10
the most epic way to end halo 7 imo

@@michaellessel5532 I programmed bass for this video. I used Submission Audio’s Eurobass II. I highly recommend it!
Didn't know Mr. Cobain was a halo nut
I love this What tuning are you in when your playing this?
The tele is in standard tuning and the 7 string is in drop A
Can u do any of the tracks from State of Decay? I mean the first game, the second one socks :P
0 people don't like taking walks in the woods. Let's keep it that way.

This is THE SHIT
👌 Would this be considered power metal? I'm not very familiar with rock subgenres.
We're playing it with broken string, lmao)))
Uf super
longggggggggg
Good cover. Not enough baseline coverage but plenty of proper guitar.
Because my computer is playing the bass. I don't own a real one!
the likes are at 117...
Lol... I was gonna like the video, til i realized it had 343 likes xdddd...
Just sharing xdddd
Better than 343i version.
