@@muzix1575 you can do multiple downshifts from 3rd to 1st but only on situations when you have to go on a complete stop. If the traffic is slow moving then you can slowly cruise on 3rd or 2nd gear. Old gen bikes have like 15-20 kmph top speed for 1st gear so you don’t want to unnecessarily downshift to 1st gear from 3rd gear because 1) engine sound will be very loud because the speed is over 20+ kmph and you downshifted to 1st gear. You can downshift to 1st gear by pressing full clutch and holding brakes to put the speed at 10-15 kmph then let go of clutch but that will drain alot of your fuel and you will unnecessarily hold back the traffic behind you by going way too slow in slow moving traffic of 30-35kmph. So what I will recommend you is that downshift to 2nd gear and if you have to completely stop the bike then only downshift to 1st gear after moving few meters upshift to 2nd gear and maybe 3rd if there is considerable space also you can cruise at 30kmph on 3rd gear that will put less stress on the engine and you will get better mileage.
I'm also planning to go for this bike, but never rode any bike in my life. Long back I learnt for 1 or 2 days, but then, no practice at all. Your video really inspired me to go for one. Thanks!

there are the diffrent kinds of bike most of them have 1st gear down and all other up between 1st and 2nd gear these bikes have neutral mode some bikes have all the gears to downward direction starting from neutral to 5th gear first find out which bike you are using and what gear pattern shifting it has mostly it will be written near gear pedal.
