With banyan trees the roots come from the branches, hanging and grow downwards back into the ground that's how new ones are made. They're areal roots. They don't multiply from below like you guys said.

It is one single tree, no multiplication. Its literally one tree with one trunk in middle, although majority of the trunk has to be cut out due to a rot. Magnetic hill is true. Jus park ur car in the mentioned area in neutral. It will move towards the hill. Make sure someone is seated n the car to apply brakes. U can also try with ur motor bikes.
