Hey @TRIGGAMAN_LOCO, I haven't used any of Ring's doorbells yet, but I've seen them in use at a friend's place. I think Eufy is the better buy because of no fees, plus it has that secondary camera to monitor for packages. Also, with any service that has monthly fees, that fee is always subject to increase over the years.
This really just adds the dual zone lighting over the S330. So if I already own the S330, I would keep it and not upgrade. If the S330 has a significant discount over the E340, I would also buy the S330. The video quality seems to be the same.
Hey Tiffany, my video schedule is booked solid right now, but between the two doorbell cameras, I prefer the Eufy S330 video doorbell because it receives continuous power, so you never have to recharge it. Otherwise, both cameras have good video quality for the top camera lens. If you want a wider view, the Lindo doorbell has up to 190 degrees field of view, compared to 160 degrees on the eufy S330.
@@Shane23Armada If your model supports the Home Base 3, when you open the app settings on the S330 Dual Doorbell, there will be a section that says Edge Connection or Join Edge Connection, do you see that? If you don't try to update the firmware on both the HB3 and the camera and see if it appears. If it doesn't you'll have to contact eufy support: support.eufy.com/s/contact-us
Your doorbell shows the options to have human, vehicle and pet detection. I just picked up the exact same doorbell with the Homebase 2 and I only have human detection. Which Home Base are you using the in the video?
I remember I set it up with the HomeBase 2, but I later switched it to the HomeBase 3 to not have two plugged in. However, I forgot if when I showed the menu options, if it was with the HomeBase 2 or HomeBase 3. Have you already updated the firmware for both the HomeBase 2 and the S330 to the most current versions? If you have, then I likely showed the menu options with the HomeBase 3.

How does the 2-way audio work? Do I need to hold the mic button on app to talk and then leave it to hear what other person is saying? Or do I just click the mic once on the app and it works like a real-time 2-way conversation?
I uninstalled this one, so I can't confirm 100%, but it looks like it works the same way as the new Video Doorbell E340, you should only have to tap the talk icon once to have two way talk stay active instead of pressing and holding to talk.

I was using the S330 before the E340 and I think the S330 is still a great doorbell. If eufy did not send me the E340, I would keep using my S330 because the upgrades are not large enough to say the E340 is more worth it, especially if the S330 is on sale now.@@simranpal90

For the non-Battery version, is it powered by the existing doorbell transformer or is an additional Power Pack required?
It received enough power from the existing wiring that was connected to my doorbell chime.
Can the battery version be hard-wired to use the battery as power outage backup?
Yep from what I remembered the battery will act as a backup when it is wired.
