This time we will learn how to connect two or more adjectives, link clauses in Japanese.
STOP using と (to) as "and"!!
It's wrong to say "かわいい と やさしい (kawaii TO yasashii)" as "cute AND kind".
Watch the lesson and find out what we use instead!

I already made a lesson on this topic 5 years ago but TH-cam deleted the audio because they said the music was copyrighted (it was not!)...
Anyway I added more useful tips and sentences so I'm happy I made this video!
I miss the soundtrack. Really strained the concentration. 😅
I learned the similar lesson a few months ago.
After that I know how to make sentences with adjectives
Thank you so much! You are the best!
And we're happy to have you as our teacher. 😍
I can't get tired of how neat are the colored subtitles. Thanks for always giving us high quality content Misa senpai!
It's like computer programming languages! 大好きだよ!
🚘🎫🎫🎫
I'm Japanese but, l like her channel✨
こんなに上手に日本語を教えられる彼女を尊敬しています🤩
Thank you so much for all your lesson. I really like as a beginner that you always speak slowly and clearly.
だろ! They always be talking so fast like they in a competition (〒﹏〒)
Your channel is just like taking full language class and I just wanted to say thank you for all your effort, it's really helpful 💙
みさ先生は頭がよくて、優しいです。
Finally I can say it un japanese...
教えてくれてありがとうございます。
You are one of the best teachers there are on TH-cam. You really take the time to break down and explain everything! I’ve learned a lot so far. Thank you very much!
I really enjoyed how you put the text in 1: Full Japanese 2: Furigana 3: romaji, AND 4: full English.
This is a GREAT video. Mastering this lesson really makes it possible to make natural sounding compound sentences and stop sounding like a complete beginner. 教えてくれてありがとう!
このレッスンは簡単で、面白いです!動画をありがとうございます!
It's interesting seeing how half a year of pure studying makes these lessons so much easier to understand
Yep. It's also so rewarding when you come to understand things that you weren't able to understand before. That's progress!
PD: when thanking someone for the video, you say ビデオを作ってくれてありがとうごさいます。(I recognize the kanjis for "video", but I forgot the pronunciation XD).

I searched online for "で" but rarely found any direct plain information about its use in this form. And this video is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you, sensei!
Today I learn: "hot" and "thicc" have the same pronuncation in Japanese.

All make sense 👌

Edit: I just found out 5 minutes later that it does not. We cannot use 厚い for human body, how sad.
Truly the epitome of sadness.
Sad horney japanese noises 😢
This absolute beginner grammar playlist is great for me since I mainly learn through immersion. It's nice to be able to go back here and brush up on really easy, basic grammar that I still don't understand or haven't picked up yet.
I love Misa's lessons so much I went from studying the keigo video to this one because why not. Do I need it? No. Am I going to watch it anyways? Yes.
Serioulsy... What would i do without you.. you save me so much time and effort to read and sort all of this grammar....THANK YOU SO MUCH.. HOPE YOU REACH +3million subs one day!!! You deserve it!!!❤
As usual, a clear and patient explanation. Thank you, Misa! 💖
みさ先生の姿がめっちゃきれいだよ!
All your videos are awesome! You explain everything in detail and you speak clearly and slowly which helps alot.
The wonderful video was challenging but not too difficult for me. Many thanks. I love reading the Kanji with hiragana. You are the best.
Even if i already know something i watch your video just to be like "wish i had this when i learnt it". You make everything sound so simple ♥
I’m always amazed at how fluent your English is. From the cadence of your speech to the word choice and tone, your English grammar and its fluidity sound natural. I want to be that way with Japanese. 😂
With how well you speak English, this may be something you hear often. ごめんなさい
このレッスンは簡単でつまらなくない。実は面白ろくて、楽しいです。先生も綺麗で可愛いです。好き。
wow, as an absolute beginner, i actually learn much more from you than from textbok. Arigatou!
It is so important that you teach this! I also learned this but it's very important for foreigners to learn this yes.
thank you so much for all your lessons, Misa sensei! It's only two months since I started learning japanese but I can feel the progress I made and I find myself thinking in japanese sometimes too! I didn't know where to learn it but when I found your channel I suddenly started to get things clear and fast. ありがとうございました、みさ先生! from the deep of my heart!
this te-form is used everywhere in casual japanese conversation. I still struggle with conjugating sentences in te form. thank you for this video
Great video as always. I always appreciate how many examples you give.
I really like as a beginner that you always speak slowly and clearly you are a my good teacher like you
Thank you for this! I keep hearing and seeing て and they're not verbs. So confusing. But I know all doubts will be cleared once I've gone through this video lesson! 👍❤️
みさ先生は頭がよくて、いつもよくなっているから、一番いい日本語の先生です。練習問題を作ってくれてありがとうございます!私の答えは完璧じゃなかったので、よく勉強しました。単語も役に立つから、文法も単語も勉強しました。
This video was actually super helpful, and was something I was still trying to wrap my head around recently. Thanks Misa-sensei!

Thank your for another amazing video Misa 💞💞
Been waiting for this, thank you, I love your videos! ❤❤
I've been on N3 level for a while now but i'll always watch anything from N5 and N4 just as well cause I do end up learning just a few tiny things after all to tweak my fluency😊
How much have you progressed since? :)
Do you think you're going to continue your new absolute beginner series, Misa-sensei? (please please please :p)
どもありがとうございました、みさ先生。毎日もう少し知識。
Wow you must have spent a long time editing this video.. amazing video as always. I just love how you pick your examples so that each one addresses a common learner mistake or an exception to a rule. I come for a te-form video and leave with all my other questions answered 🤩
Misa you have a staggeringly good English accent, it greatly helps follow your explanations. Awesome! Thanks1 and Congratulations!
🌟Happy Diwali🎆🎇(Festival of Lights today in India🌟) Misa Sensei!

ありがとうございますみさ先生!This is just want I need. Thanks for clearing up so many things. ☺️
Misa 先生, I'm happy for you 😭
You have come this far your personality improved a lot. I remember your first video way back 2015 or 16 I guess? About X は Y desu and that time you still had your background music on🤣 you're shy and not the person you are right now. But starting from the bottom now you're there as your student I'm happy for you 😭😭😭
頑張ってねみさ先生✊️✊️✊️✊️ Fighting!! ⭐️❤
みさ先生、教えてくれてありがとうございました! とても助けます。
Really good video. Thank you very much for your lessons, they are so helpful.
Misa es la profesora MÁS dulce de youtube💖

New lessons are getting faster and faster... not everyone in this world knows English that well.
You can change the speed. I watch her videos on 1.5x, you could do the same with lower speed so it adjusts to eveyone
Absolutely useful. Thank you very much Misa-sensei
Great content as usual, I gotta put more effort and check out old videos. I’m missing out on lots of grammar 🙀
Thanks. Very good lesson.

Sensei, you are sooo cute!! :) I know this grammar just wanted to see you talking... :)) I liked when you explained the cases where it is difficult to know even for Japanese what is meant...
11:00 I loved that part ,me gustó mucho esta parte,,私はそれが好きだった,
ilesson 32 i cant found, i really aprecciate ur lessons r better on youtube !!!
Hi misa sensei! I just wanted to ask why there is a difference between 上手な (jouzu-na) and 上手い (uma-i). I know the first is a な-adj. and the second an い-adj. But is there a rule that says 'when to use what' or is it not that much important about which one you use for a sentence like saying "someone is good at..." or "I am good at..". I mean , can I also use "上手で," or was there a particular reason about why you chosed "上手くて," for the example sentence?
Also wanted to say that I really learned a lot from you! your lessons really helped me and I really appreciate you for this because I am often really slow at understanding the grammar rules which my senseis in Japanese classes try to explain to us but thanks to your lessons I am able to catch up in Japanese classes.
みさ先生はかわいくて優しくてきれい🥰。ありがとうごさいます🙏。 Love from India 🇮🇳 😄
