Dude thank you so much for this. I’ve always wanted to do handsprings on rails my whole life & I was super scared. But now imma try it cause how you explained it made it make a lot of sense
The difficulty meter is REALLY lame. Just kidding, I think that it's cool. I might break it up into sections, though - that is, maybe have some "ticks", like on a ruler, to give some guidance. Maybe three, for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Hi Ronnie! I´ve been watching your videos and yes, i believe the difficulty meter is helpful and original. I like it and is accurate. Keep doing tutorials that are very good explained and are very helpful!!! Thanks & Regards
Thanks, Ronnie, I've been doing my front handspring differently for about two years now, but the way you explained blocking your momentum in an upward direction makes a lot of sense to me. I've always tried to push with my arms, and it works, but looks sloppy.
Well he did do a progression at the 10 easy flips tutorial. On the second flip he was teaching a fronthandspring you just do a cartwheel then put your hands more in front of you like putting your hands diagonally then you kick your legs more over the top of you and do it more forward each time umtil you get the fronthandspring without flexibility it's still possible like ronnie he is awesome he can do it without arching his back much lol. Just takes some more practise and better technique
Ok so I can do the front hand spring on the ground and all that but when I land, I land In a crouching position. Any helpful suggestions, oh yeah and I really like the difficulty meter thing 👍👍
Hey Ronnie, nice video. Can you make a tutorial on the Double reverse vault of however it's called because your tutorial realy helped me learning the normal reverse vault.
Hey Ronnie. thanks for the hand spring tutorial, it help change my tech so I could land it. But when I record my self I feel like im missing something. Like when im about to land im not stand im mor then less crouching? Any idea what im doing wrong?
Hey Ronnie your videis are the best! Keeo going! Your idea of the difficulty meter is really great, it ain't lame. Dude you are an inspiration and your parkour skills are BOSS!
Hey man! Im here just to say thank you!, i started doing parkour 1 year ago and i learned some great things, and i want to thank you man for being an inspiration for me, if you feel like watching a video that i made like 2 months ago, check it on my channel, new videos are comming, and once again THANK YOU Ronnie
Ronnie How do you get over the fear of a frontflip i watched your tutorials and many others I can do it on mats and land it but when I try to go and do it on Sand My mind tells me no at the last second. Do you have any tips to help me? Please reply
There are three main ways to get over fear. 1 - work more basic progressions and drill what you can already do until you are more comfortable with the movement. 2 - If you are confident you can land it without hurting yourself, throw the flip before you mind has a chance to think about the possibility of falling. 3 - just go worm something else for a while! All movements build muscle and spatial awareness. Hope that helped, Ben
I like the difficulty meter, i saw them a long time ago and realized that they were difficulty meters. They give a general understanding of the difficulty of the trick but since we are all different, I agree with most of them but not all... for example I used to think the dash vault was harder than the front flip, because I had to curl up my legs to not hit the obstacle and then extend them over the object, and I feared that I might land on the object. Plus i didn't have a soft object to do this on, and it wasn't till i did a back flip that I could do the dash vault... but that's just me.
Ronnie I tried to do the front handspring jump thing, but my hand didn't go up and my back went flinging forward and now I'm in a lot of pain! By its all about trial and error
hey ronnie do u feel that flips can help soften landings in parkour, cuz i dont incorporate flips into my parkour, i mean i do them for fun sometimes, but i never try to do when training
Ronnie dude thank you so so much i remember asking you about this trick a while back and you said u would make a video about it and I'm so glad you delivered. thank you so much Ronnie you are truly the best.
I think the difficulty meter is a great idea. I know that once I start practicing parkour that difficulty meter will definitely help aim me along a progressive learning path.
That's good because that the beginning of the front handspring it happens keep on trying then you'll in a low squatting potion you keep on doing that also if you can hand stand without a wall that's great because you'll need the strength also the bridge really helps what ever you do don't bend your arm keep it straight then you'll be landing straight up standing I hope you start to get better this advice I just gave you is what it took me to do the front handspring soon you'll be landing the front handspring like me when you finally do it tell me on my TH-cam channel
Hey Ronnie. I was wondering if this move would be ok for me to learn. I broke my wrists a few months back, but they've healed fine now. I wanted to know if doing this move would put too much strain on my arms. Hope you reply to this.
Hey Ronnie :) I've recently had to take a break from parkour due to knee inflammation (tendinitis) for 3 - 4 months. How did you ease your way back into training after you'd recovered from your knee injury? I don't want to start training, and then instantly set off my knees again :\ Would really appreciate your help!
I'm surprised he didn't mention to block. When I learned how to do a rail flip, I found it was easier to block before you place your hands on the object because it gives you upward momentum instead of forward. Maybe it's just me, maybe it's not lol. What do you think Ronnie?
Ronnie you can do a front handspring without back flexibilty which is amazing I can tell you have good strength and technique which is amazing. Doing handspring without flexibility you need better technique which you do which impresses me that you could do it without back flexibilty well done.
Next time can you do something related to sword fighting? I love sword fighting, but there's lots of things in my house that are in the way, so I thought I could use them. I just don't know how. (BTW I'm not a pro at sword fighting so i don't know if those things would really help at all...)
Just got this for the first time today! 34 years old! My kids are jealous:) now just have to work on landing more upright, rather than with legs bent. Thanks Ronnie!
Whenever I go into the handspring I kick my leg back causing me to have almost no forward momentum. How can I combat this so momentum goes forward? I ended up taking a bad spill over this.
I'm so close to doing it but I can't push off with my hands for some reason and when I normally do it my body leans to the right and my right hand doesn't get off the ground it just twists around and my hand spring becomes and tilted handspring or a cartwheel/handspring. Any help?
I got the tehnique of Front Handspring and Front Flip and Back Flip but i got the problem with turning my head to side and im trying to rid that habit but its not working for me xD and everything i do ends up being sideways XD
I am so jealous of your skill. I cant do any parkour but i want to try and start getting in to it . However it annoy me because i live in Britain and there is literally no were to train. Love the vids by the way ,especially when you where the assassins creed clothes.
when I front hand spring I land really hard on my feet and hurt my legs, when I rail flip it's fine but could you help me out a bit please? it does it with my cartwheel too, I flip real hard and don't know how to fix it
your videos are very helpful and the difficulty meter is also helpful to me, but in the end I'm afraid to do flips like the cheat gainer or the back flip. side flip and front flips i'll do but still can scared to do them.
I have been training for at least a month now and no improvement. I keep watching the video over and over and I can't get myself high enough off the ground so I just land on my back every time. help
I have been trying to learn many of ur moves but I have also been looking for a gym like the one u use a lot and I was wondering if u could help me find one in Alaska..... I hope.
I found the difficulty meter very useful. Ronnie is it wrong if my front hand spring starts with me jumping on to my hands then jumping into the spring?
hey Ronnie. great fan of yours. I know that you're one of the top 10 best parkour runners and your tutorials helped me a lot. thanks for this Ronnie. thanks very much.

I did a handstand and wanted to fall on my legs doin a handspring while holding on the handstand position I fall on my back and it hurt so badly how can I train my confident??
How do you get such perfect places
Damn this dude is cracked. Love the fearlessness. Impressive rail flip and triple 180
Ive been pushing off the ground was wondering i didnt have the hieght i need to fully flip ove and land nicely thank you for the video helped me alot
Dude thank you so much for this. I’ve always wanted to do handsprings on rails my whole life & I was super scared. But now imma try it cause how you explained it made it make a lot of sense
Yes the difficulty meter is very helpful

The difficulty meter is REALLY lame.
Just kidding, I think that it's cool. I might break it up into sections, though - that is, maybe have some "ticks", like on a ruler, to give some guidance. Maybe three, for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
That’s rly good I wish he did that because I need to learn the rail one and what difficulty it is thanks!
The difficulty meter's great and all, but it would be best if it was inserted somewhere into the video. Well, in my opinion anyway.
Nice tuts
I c wut you did there.
omg . Ronnie , you helped me a lot . I was searching about this ... now I can learn the front handspring and rail flip.
Thanks !!
Hi Ronnie! I´ve been watching your videos and yes, i believe the difficulty meter is helpful and original. I like it and is accurate. Keep doing tutorials that are very good explained and are very helpful!!! Thanks & Regards

What shoes have you been wearing recently
Ronnie, just to make your tutorials more effective, incorporate progression, dont just spring it on us. (Hehe, pun)
Well he did do a progression at the 10 easy flips tutorial. Same as me
I have the same problem, so I try getting more momentum by running up and then you can rotate faster.
Michael Bolivar i used to have that problem just keep your legs straight evan if you land on your butt .it helped me a lot
Hey Ronnie, nice video. Can you make a tutorial on the Double reverse vault of however it's called because your tutorial realy helped me learning the normal reverse vault.
nice man also the difficulty meter was a nice addition :p
Hey Ronnie. thanks for the hand spring tutorial, it help change my tech so I could land it. But when I record my self I feel like im missing something. Like when im about to land im not stand im mor then less crouching? Any idea what im doing wrong?
Cool tutorial, may I have some help with my back flip, I end up leaning over when i land.how can I spin faster of get more height? Thx
Well, I think your difficulty-meter is "helpful at all"! Thank you, Ronnie, I always look at it!
What shoes are those and do you like them
Hey Ronnie your videis are the best! Keeo going! Your idea of the difficulty meter is really great, it ain't lame. Dude you are an inspiration and your parkour skills are BOSS!

Any chance you would make more advanced tutorials? (Double backflip, dub cork, flyaway double full)
Ronnie How do you get over the fear of a frontflip i watched your tutorials and many others I can do it on mats and land it but when I try to go and do it on Sand My mind tells me no at the last second. Do you have any tips to help me? Please reply

I much prefer the meters, although unfortunately I can only do about 1.5 difficulty. :/
loving the beard dude!!!!
Ronnie I tried to do the front handspring jump thing, but my hand didn't go up and my back went flinging forward and now I'm in a lot of pain! By its all about trial and error

Do a tutorial on the one hand front hand spring
I did one of these once. It was supposed to be a kong vault. Don't ask me how it ended up a rail flip.
The meters are wonderful they've helped me a lot
The're really helpful knowing the difficulty of a parkour move

Could someone please tell me what the most basic parkour moves are for beginners? I want to start, but have no idea which one to try out first.
this i cool to do multiple times like a back handspring
Ronnie you are good you have showed me well
Hey Ronnie. I was wondering if this move would be ok for me to learn. I broke my wrists a few months back, but they've healed fine now. I wanted to know if doing this move would put too much strain on my arms. Hope you reply to this.
That sad moment when you can cork and rudy but can't front handspring :c

Cool vid and cool beard Ronnie.
Hey Ronnie can you show a tutorial of how to do a back hand spring.Please.Plus I have been waiting for this tutorial
I did this trying to do a cartwheel... now I do it all the time, can even combo it with a FrontFlip. I feel good, still can't do a cartwheel though...
Ever time i do the handspring i land on my back or my butt. For me rail flip is like a gate vault just with putting you whole body on the rail.
Thanks Ronnie! I've been doing this all wrong (pushing with my hands). Great video!
hey Ronnie. great fan of yours. I know that you're one of the top 10 best parkour runners and your tutorials helped me a lot.
