    I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.❤🇺🇸

      I'd never heard of Hallandale Beach until you mentioned it. Good to know, i'll check it out. West Coast is always the best coast though ; ))

    Great video! Love hearing your positive comments on Parrish and the future 😊. I can’t imagine what it’s going to look like in just 5 years from now! Very exciting. You mentioned a town center by Crosswind Point. Can you share what you know about that?

      Thank you, Rachael! Tell me about it. I'm just as excited as you are though i'm sure. I know as much as everyone else at the moment which is very little. I drive by the site every day and I see the sign of where it's coming. It seems the county haven't released any info or images yet. I'm sure it won't be very long until we find out more, however.

    Thank you for the info. Love your videos. I’m very disappointed that Lennar is coming down this way. I’m not a huge fan of Lennar lol.BTW I hope your building down this way finally,if so welcome to Manatee county :)I finally left Southfork 2 years ago…Riverview is getting to crazy busy.

      Thanks so much! There are quite a few Lennar communities in Parrish already. I always try to not give them a hard time, but it is difficult at times. They don't do much to help themselves lol.
      Glad you left Riverview and saw the light in Manatee County. We are personally building in LWR at the moment (check out our video from around 3 months ago) and are really excited to move to the area : )

    Great information. What are your thoughts about Highland Homes as a builder and Aviary at Rutland Ranch?

      Thank you! Highland Homes at Aviary at Rutland Ranch are ok. I used to think the community was really isolated, and it still is a little bit, but with all of the development coming to Rye Ranch and further along Rutland Road, it won't be for too much longer. I haven't had any bad experiences with Highland Homes, but it really depends on who you're comparing them with.

      @@burgessteam thanks so much for your reply. It’s been a process trying to compare all of the affordable builders in the area. You are right it definitely has an isolated feel due to how far back it is but we have seen all the new developments coming to that area. Guess I won’t be able to have that middle of nowhere country girl feeling for long lol!

      @@zassy4778 great to hear and best of luck! Make sure you’re being represented by a Realtor as it’s a free service and no doubt you’ll be leaving some $ on the table if you go it alone. This is the market to be negotiating hard and ensure you have the home inspected professionally and independently before you close.

      @@burgessteam yes thank you. We do have a good realtor and lender as well so I am thankful. It seems difficult to do much negotiating with a new build but I will be making sure we aren’t leaving any money on the table especially as a first time buyer. Thanks for your advice and responses.     What are the lot sizes for cross winds? Are these bigger backyards in medallion homes than the other new home builders like Dr Horton, pulte , etc?

      If Medallion's are like their local community The Reserve at Twin Rivers (which they supposedly are) they'll be around 1/3 of an acre. Crosswind Ranch with Homes by WestBay are around 70' x 130' for their bigger lots, so that's less than 1/4 of an acre. Pulte & DRH will typically be smaller again, dependent on their respective communities and floor plans.

      @@burgessteam Thank you for the information. Do you suspect that the more affordable (or smaller floor plans) by Medallion at Cross Creek South will be on 1/3 acre lots too?

      @@Michael-vu3zx you're welcome. It will be their 2300+ Sq. Ft. 3 Car Garage floor plans, like the Aruba, Santa Maria, Barbados etc. I'm doubtful the bigger lots will be for the current homes in Cross Creek in The Willows. They are mainly smaller homes so they typically belong on the smaller lots.

    What are the home price range for number #3 with Medallion Builders
