I remember this case very clearly and I am sad to hear that they still have not been found. Their mother must be heartbroken over the loss of her daughters. I always become angry that police don’t become concerned as they should. Their father was apparently struggling but the fact that he was keeping the girls longer than he was allowed gave him the opportunity to take off with them unless police had acted at the time when the mother sounded the alarm. Mothers know when something is wrong and the police need to start listening to them. It’s their job.

I agree . There is an increasing number of men who M.urder their children to punish their wives for leaving them . It used to make headlines but it doesn’t anymore . They claim they have depression and they are given leniency by the courts so they’re put into an institution and are free in 2-3 years. There is no way he should have been permitted to cross the border with the girls without permission from their mother, and especially since they didn't have their passports with them. Sadly, he killed the girls to "punish"" their mother for the separation, something that isn't all that uncommon for narcissists to do.
I think it’s easier to cross borders in Europe, though admittedly I’m not certain.

They may have been briefly questioned at the border, gave innocuous answers (going shopping, visit zoo or relative - yes, that's my dad) and passed thru.
In the shenke zone of Europe you don't need a passport. It's like going between states in the US I imagine.
France and Switzerland are both in the Schengen area. No passports needed.
As a swiss I remember this case clearly. He was a monster and a coward. My heart goes out to the mother.

It sounds like he killed his own daughters. With his controlling nature, he couldn't take that his wife wanted a divorce and that he lost control. So he took back control in his own way...killing them and then himself. What a monster. I can't imagine what he did to them and if one saw the other die. Horrible. I feel terrible for Irena. How does one go on? May the girls rest in peace.

Yes, I thought the same! Even when he refused to return the girls on the allotted day, they should have paid a visit. As women, we have to push to be taken seriously in a man’s world. I understand this more than ever now. I find it absolutely astounding that he cleared out his apartment, took the girls and the police didn’t contact Interpol. This was very clearly a case of abduction!

This is one of those cases that I REALLY BADLY want to know what happened, but probably will never find out. There are just so many possibilities; what kind of monster kill them just because he feared losing them via divorce. "they rest in peace" is haunting. Nonetheless, it is heartbreaking. Hopefully, the girls are found eventually.

I agree . There are many ‘men’ who m.urder their children to get back,at their partners . It’s the courts fault . Men have more rights than women , The courts give unsupervised access to violent men . If the woman objects and doesn’t allow him to see the children because she’s is scared thar he will harm the children , she is a.rrested and she is put into jail . The man gets full custody permanently . Sometimes she can’t see her children for a few years or even at all . There was a case of a p.aedophile who was in p.rison . He wanted to see his 4 year old daughter . The mother objected and it went to court . The FEMALE judge said he should not be deprived of his rights as a father and so he would be able to see his daughter . So she HAD to visit him. The courts do not have a child’s best interest at heart. They only care about the rights of these abusive men.
It reminds me of that man in the US back in the 2000s who tore up his house and killed his --4-- I mean 3, sons and never revealed their bodies just to torture the mother, except he didn't kill himself, just a feeble half-assed "attempt" to hang himself. He said he gave the kids to "the Amish" but that was B.S. (Amish people would actually contact police if that happened and they came out and helped them to look.) He actually is out of prison because they could not charge him for more than kidnaping.
Ah yes.. that case was awful.. all just to get back at the mother. And the fact that he’s not even in prison for it is absolutely mind boggling.. because it’s blatantly clear that he’s the one who murdered his children. Just because they don’t have the boy’s bodies doesn’t mean the state shouldn’t be able to convict him of murder when all the other evidence points to him. It baffles me that some states still have that law in place. There’s a lot of cases like this out there that are very similar in nature to this one and the one in the video. It’s so disturbing that the father of a child (rarely has it ever been a mother.. but anything’s possible) will murder every single one of his children, just to get back at his spouse because he’s angry and spiteful due to a divorce and custody. I mean- the guy in this video had equal custody ffs! He saw his children all the time! His soon to be ex-wife would have never had any idea whatsoever that anything was wrong- at least to this extent.. I mean, you’d never think that the parent of your children would go and kidnap them and then murder them out of the blue..😔 Absolutely heartbreaking. I hope she’s been able to find some semblance of peace since this tragedy happened. I can’t even imagine…😓 May they Rest In Peace..

A similar thing happened in Quebec, Canada. The dad was about to divorced and he was afraid to lose his oldest child because he wasn't his biological father. She was adopted so he panicked. When his wife divorced, he started to panicked more. The mother of the oldest child managed to find steps to get in touch with the girl's biological father. One day, after dinning with some family members, he decided to take his daughters (2) out for ice cream alone. He was supposed to be bake but he never returned. His car was find, involved in an accident after he ran out with his daughters. 18 hours after that, an Amber alert has
been issued. 2 days after, the girls were find inanimate. The Amber alert then turned into a manhunt to catch the dad. The manhunt lasted 10 days. Few kilometers from the place where he killed his daughters, he was find after he take his life.
This is just a very sad, heartbreaking case. I can't imagine what their mother goes through day by day.
I surely hope she can get some answers soon.

I'm loving this channel. I just found it this morning. You do a really good job if presenting the information and stories in a way that is informative, without sensationalizing it and turning into mere morbid entertainment. The only problem I have is that none of the cases have been solved. I wish there could be a happy and satisfying conclusion. Regardless, I still think it's a good thing you're doing, by bringing these cases to the attention of so many people, and most of them I've never been made aware of, there's always a chance they reach the right audience to potentially make a difference and dig up a lead. Who knows if that will happen, but we can always hope. Good job, and keep it up!

I actually think that he may have thought something like "if she doesn't want us to be family, then we won't be together at all'', sold his daughters (maybe even for a better life than what he could offer them) separately so they can never be together again, and commited suicide because he couldn't bear being without them
This is the first time in awhile I've listened to one about the twins. I was hoping..but then I saw still nothing. What a selfish man their "father" was! And cruel. @@CristyB66 Swiss border guards will inspect your vehicle for milk, cheese and wine when crossing back over the border as there are quotas for such things. Pretty obvious that the Swiss police failed those children and their mother by initially failing to apply even the most fundamental basics of investigation.
This case reminds me so much to something that happened in Spain last year (Anna and Olivia's case), although that was resolved. I really hope their mother finds some answers.

The fact that he committed suicide points to him having murdered his daughters before doing so that's what often happens after a father or mother kills their own children if they were still alive i say they wound have more than likely surfaced by now especially now that their father is dead.

This is one of the most sickenening stories I've learned about recently, and that's just it-WHY AM I BARELY LEARNING ABOUT THIS? In other words, it seems to me that nobody really took this crime all that serious. Shoot-this ought to have been all over the news. I am stunned at the laxidasical way police went about the kidnapping. It's as if nobody really paid any meaningfull attention to God's creation, His precious girls, who belong and belonged to God. Man this pisses me off so bad! Was everyone smokin poppy seeds or in a freaking daze when these girls were reported missing? WHY was this evil disgusting and piece of garbage/pile of crap/useless bastard able to get to the next "petrol" station, or checkpoint/border?
Immediately-they could have set up roadblocks, giving this nothing bastard no where to take his girls away to.

Can you please do a video on Denise Pippitone? She "disappeared" while playing outside her home in 2004. She was 4. People know who was responsible but still have no idea whether she's alive or dead. I feel for you so badly. My sons father disappeared with him & to this day I don’t know where they are It’s been 49 years now. I last saw my son Isaac when he was 3 1/2 yrs old. He would now be 49yrs old. It’s so heart breaking not knowing if Isaac is still alive with family of his own. His father I’ve never been able to locate.

Tragic case for both the mother & the beautiful twin daughters. Perhaps 1 day the true circumstances of their disappearance will be revealed. Meanwhile, prayers sent to their mother.
As sad as it is, these cases always end up in the parent killing the kids. If he'd left them with someone for their safety, it would've been family. If he wanted to do something bad to them, it would've been murder. Anything else, like selling them, makes no sense if he was planning to kill himself.

ultimate controlling act, let mom wonder for the rest of her life if they are dead or alive. he cared more about punishing her for leaving than he did about his kids or even himself.

i am not exactly sure why, perhaps it's their angelic smiles, blonde hair and green eyes, or maybe it's because they are twins and that makes it twice as bad. This case bothers me more than most

They seemed to be bright little girls, who had no clue, their father had a plan, never to return them to their mother.
Saddest thing that parents do such things to the precious little ones. So painful to hear. I pray they are alive somewhere. Poor Mother ❤️
Imagine if the girls really were alive all this time, but separated? I don’t believe it’s true, but that would be something unexpected

There was a recent case of a man who drew a sketch of his village he had been abducted from younger than these girls and was reunited with his mum. I dont know if they are alive. I dont know whats worse, imaging they are gone or that they could be with strangers mistreating them. I hope they're alive and being cared for in some way and one day find their way home

I've heard of cases in the UK where this has happened following separation and divorce. So very sad. With no evidence I guess there will always be that slither of hope that they're alive..
It’s like the old biblical story, of the bereaved mother who took someone else’s child. They were taken before the king to decide who was the rightful mother and he ordered the child cut in two, and one half given to each mother.
The real, birth mother protested, saying the other mother could have the child, rather than kill it. The king ordered that she was the rightful mother of the child, and she should have them back.
In this case it’s a father who is bereaved, over a separation from his wife, and sought to punish her by killing their children. No real, loving parent would ever choose to see their children die, even if it meant giving them to her enemy. It’s proof he never really loved them.
Of course, he took the cowardly way out. He was nothing but an impotent coward, attacking her through her defenseless innocent children. He wanted to hurt her as much as possible. She won’t be mourning for him, though.
Any loving mother could have told him that the death of children would overshadow any other grief. He would have had more of the sympathy he sought by just killing himself and leaving the girls alone, even though that’s a horrible thing - suicide of a parent- to do to children. The world mourns only for the children.
That's the story of King Solomon! It's also why his name is held as a high standard of wisdom.
Even before the narration got to that point, I was sure that these poor girls are dead. This insecure man clearly snapped completely, and both the girls' complete disappearance and his own cryptic comments make what happened rather obvious.
And it pisses me off.

What a sicken story about these children, l hope they are fine n found. I pray they are alright
What is so frustrating is that their father took the truth to his grave. Even the last act of his miserable life was selfish. He killed these beautiful girls, and I bet every night he closed his eyes after that, he was tortured by his actions. Instead of being honest, and giving the mother of these beautiful Angels her peace of mind, and THE TRUTH of where their bodies are, she's going through pain, suffering and frustration of not knowing. Why does a parent do this? Why not be honest with the mother?! We all know she won't give up, but is it futile to keep hoping their alive?
I know there's no shortage of tragic stories to cover - but the abduction and murder or Aleisea "Lacey" Woolsey Ruff took place on Anini beach within sight of my grandmas house in 1993. It had huge and far reaching effects on the residents of Kauai and although a man has been convicted and imprisoned for the crime, the general concensus is that he is at least not the only perpetrator. Lots to unpack, and it rarely gets coverage beyond the islands.

Once I met a woman with a small child and a crazy husband. She said she will not divorce until the child was an adult because she can’t risk the child safety spending the weekend alone with his crazy father

I hope their dad didn't sell them into child trafficking. But it sounds like he might have killed them when he wrote " The children rest in peace, they have not suffered"😟
