I wish they sold more Italian foods at Disneyland. I never eat it because it's so heavy and filling but walking around the park a few days would burn it off quick.

Champorado is not Mexican hot chocolate, it's a warm beverage made with corn flour. For those that expect Mexican hot chocolate this is not it. Abuelita hot chocolate is the Mexican hot chocolate. Champorado is very delicious, we make it every year for the holidays.😜
Champurrado is not the Mexican hot chocolate Abuelita is the name brand of the Mexican hot chocolate, champurrado is a drink made with the cornmeal dough that the tamales are made with.

Champurado and abuelita hot chocolate are completely different traditionally. but don't know how Disney makes them. usually Champurado is thick in consistancey because it has cornmeal in it, where Abuelita doesnt and to me the flavors are different.
Disneyland now has Caldo de Pollo? I'm done. I'm so done!!! I'm Mexican American and you bet my grandma made me this once a week. There's a running gag about caldo with our culture. It could be the hottest day in a Texas but if Grandma makes Caldo (soup) you better eat it.
Also, there was a green Veggie in there and not sure if you knew what it was? Well, it's known as a Chayote!!! A type of gourd/squash! You can read all about it here. But I absolutely love it in soup. Thank you for sharing! Oh also! That Chumpuado hot chocolate is actually hot chocolate mixed with MASA! :) or corn Maiz!

I though the same thing... Mole isn't served with sour cream.
