On the mission to victor the spoils, louise just slide while using a helicopter like taking off using an airplane. I glitch my self first to the vice city beach and get the helicopter

The problem with VCS is that its "Car disappearing glitch" is severe in this game even if you store it in the garage it always disappears.
yeah that is a really bad bug on PSP version.
it can only be prevented by looking inside the garage before saving and after loading, every time!
