Loved the long format video and the educational approach to it. Well done, Pato. That Havoc certainly looks like it had more than its fair share of use accross the Owen Stanley mountain range and the Southwestern Pacific, as it was the case for many a unit in the area.

I applied the gloss varnish with brush but when removing the excess wash with airbrush thinner, also the varnish start being removed. Where is my mistake?

Hi Pier! It is very possible that you do it when the varnish is not cured yet, for that you must allow 24 hours to pass, after applying the two layers with 4 hours between them.

Hello, at the moment I have a very pressing issue with varnish. I'm going to paint the figures (resin) with Vallejo paints. Please advise me of a good, strong varnish to protect against fading and minor physical damage. Also, please tell me, is it possible to apply enamel varnish from other companies to Vallejo water-based acrylic? Naturally after the paint has completely dried?

Hello! :) thank you so much for your comment ✨ You can use one of our POLYURETHANE varnishes we have in our auxiliaries range. Also, you can find them available in several sizes and formats: liquid for airbrush use and spray. Avoid using enamel varnishes for your water-based Vallejo acrylics. The solvents used in enamel products harm our colors :)
